Ray Munn KitchensWe had the privilege of transforming the kitchen space of a beautiful Grade 2 listed farmhouse located in the serene village of Great Bealings, Suffolk. The property, set within 2 acres of picturesque landscape, presented a unique canvas for our design team. Our objective was to harmonise the traditional charm of the farmhouse with contemporary design elements, achieving a timeless and modern look.
For this project, we selected the Davonport Shoreditch range. The kitchen cabinetry, adorned with cock-beading, was painted in 'Plaster Pink' by Farrow & Ball, providing a soft, warm hue that enhances the room's welcoming atmosphere.
The countertops were Cloudy Gris by Cosistone, which complements the cabinetry's gentle tones while offering durability and a luxurious finish.
The kitchen was equipped with state-of-the-art appliances to meet the modern homeowner's needs, including:
- 2 Siemens under-counter ovens for efficient cooking.
- A Capel 90cm full flex hob with a downdraught extractor, blending seamlessly into the design.
- Shaws Ribblesdale sink, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.
- Liebherr Integrated tall fridge, ensuring ample storage with a sleek design.
- Capel full-height wine cabinet, a must-have for wine enthusiasts.
- An additional Liebherr under-counter fridge for extra convenience.
Beyond the main kitchen, we designed and installed a fully functional pantry, addressing storage needs and organising the space.
Our clients sought to create a space that respects the property's historical essence while infusing modern elements that reflect their style. The result is a pared-down traditional look with a contemporary twist, achieving a balanced and inviting kitchen space that serves as the heart of the home.

Projet Wabi-sabiUne belle et grande maison de l’Île Saint Denis, en bord de Seine. Ce qui aura constitué l’un de mes plus gros défis ! Madame aime le pop, le rose, le batik, les 50’s-60’s-70’s, elle est tendre, romantique et tient à quelques références qui ont construit ses souvenirs de maman et d’amoureuse. Monsieur lui, aime le minimalisme, le minéral, l’art déco et les couleurs froides (et le rose aussi quand même!). Tous deux aiment les chats, les plantes, le rock, rire et voyager. Ils sont drôles, accueillants, généreux, (très) patients mais (super) perfectionnistes et parfois difficiles à mettre d’accord ?
Et voilà le résultat : un mix and match de folie, loin de mes codes habituels et du Wabi-sabi pur et dur, mais dans lequel on retrouve l’essence absolue de cette démarche esthétique japonaise : donner leur chance aux objets du passé, respecter les vibrations, les émotions et l’intime conviction, ne pas chercher à copier ou à être « tendance » mais au contraire, ne jamais oublier que nous sommes des êtres uniques qui avons le droit de vivre dans un lieu unique. Que ce lieu est rare et inédit parce que nous l’avons façonné pièce par pièce, objet par objet, motif par motif, accord après accord, à notre image et selon notre cœur. Cette maison de bord de Seine peuplée de trouvailles vintage et d’icônes du design respire la bonne humeur et la complémentarité de ce couple de clients merveilleux qui resteront des amis. Des clients capables de franchir l’Atlantique pour aller chercher des miroirs que je leur ai proposés mais qui, le temps de passer de la conception à la réalisation, sont sold out en France. Des clients capables de passer la journée avec nous sur le chantier, mètre et niveau à la main, pour nous aider à traquer la perfection dans les finitions. Des clients avec qui refaire le monde, dans la quiétude du jardin, un verre à la main, est un pur moment de bonheur. Merci pour votre confiance, votre ténacité et votre ouverture d’esprit. ????
Demardi.This Kitchen was relocated from the middle of the home to the north end. Four steel trusses were installed as load-bearing walls and beams had to be removed to accommodate for the floorplan changes.
There is now an open Kitchen/Butlers/Dining/Living upstairs that is drenched in natural light with the most undisturbed view this location has to offer.
A warm and inviting space with oversized windows, gorgeous joinery, a curved micro cement island benchtop with timber cladding, gold tapwear and layered lighting throughout to really enhance this beautiful space.
Amy Shirlaw InteriorsA fun, small but perfectly formed kitchen with discrete but ample storage.
The decor is traditional meets pop art, with cost effective and complementary textures on the surfaces.
Mon Concept HabitationCe projet a été conçu par l’architecte d’intérieur Sybille Garnier et réalisé par notre agence Londonienne.
Dans cette maison située dans le quartier de Fulham, la cuisine a été repensée dans un esprit pop et particulièrement coloré. La teinte vert forêt des façades John Lewis of Hungerford s’associe à la perfection avec la crédence en zellige rose poudré Mosaic Factory.
Côté coin repas, on adore le travail de coffrage réalisé sur mesure ainsi que le papier peint Isidore Leroy qui s’harmonise avec l’électroménager, la vaisselle et autres objets exposés.
Dans le séjour nous avons habillé l’élégante cheminée de bibliothèques murales fonctionnelles et intégré un coin bureau idéal pour le télétravail.

The flooring is antique tiles painstakingly redesigned to fit around the island. At the back of the kitchen is a pantry area separated by a crittall doors with reeded glass.
Pohl ArchitectsThe property is a Victorian mid-terrace family home in London Fields, within the Graham Road & Mapledene Conservation Area.
The property is a great example of a period Victorian terraced house with some fantastic original details still in tact. Despite this the property was in poor condition and desperately needed extensive refurbishment and upgrade. As such a key objective of the brief was to overhaul the existing property, and replace all roof finishes, windows, plumbing, wiring, bathrooms, kitchen and internal fixtures & finishes.
Despite the generous size of the property, an extension was required to provide a new open plan kitchen, dining and living hub. The new wraparound extension was designed to retain a large rear courtyard which had dual purpose: firstly the courtyard allowed a generous amount of daylight and natural ventilation into the new dining area, existing rear reception/ study room and the new downstairs shower room and utility zone. Secondly, as the property is end of terrace a side access from the street already existed, therefore the rear courtyard allowed a second access point at the centre of the ground floor plan. Around this entrance are located a new cloaks area, ground floor WC and shower room, together with a large utility zone providing most of the utilities and storage requirements for the property.
At first floor the bathroom was reconfigured and increased in size, and the ceilings to both the bathroom and bedroom within the rear projection were vaulted, creating a much greater sense of space, and also allowing rooflights to bring greater levels of daylight and ventilation into these rooms.
The property was fully refitted with new double glazed sash windows to the front and new timber composite windows to the rear. A new heating system was installed throughout, including new column radiators to all rooms, and a hot water underfloor heating system to the rear extension. The existing cellar was damp proofed and used to house the new heating system and utility room.
A carefully coordinated palette of materials and standard products are then used to provide both high performance, and also a simple modern aesthetic which we believe compliments the quality and character of the period features present in the property.

Floors of StoneOur Pink Handmade Tiles are all made on-site here at Cotes Mill in our ceramics studio so they definetely have a very uniquie feel to them.
i.d. | interior designA series of small cramped rooms at the back of this clients house made the spaces inefficient and non-functional. By removing walls and combining the spaces, the kitchen was allowed to span the entire width of the back of the house. A combination of painted and wood finishes ties the new space to the rest of the historic home while also showcasing the colorful and eclectic tastes of the client.
Tamara Marie DesignsThis fun and quirky kitchen is all thing eclectic. Pink tile and emerald green cabinets make a statement. With accents of pine wood shelving and butcher block countertop. Top it off with white quartz countertop and hexagon tile floor for texture. Of course, the lipstick gold fixtures!
ARCHIVALOCuisine entièrement rénovée et ouverte sur la pièce de vie, plan en corian gris silver et crédence en zelliges blanc rosé, dans le ton du mur rose pâle du fond.
LudilyL’objectif de cette rénovation a été de réunir deux appartements distincts en un espace familial harmonieux. Notre avons dû redéfinir la configuration de cet ancien appartement niçois pour gagner en clarté. Aucune cloison n’a été épargnée.
L’ancien salon et l’ancienne chambre parentale ont été réunis pour créer un double séjour comprenant la cuisine dinatoire et le salon. La cuisine caractérisée par l’association du chêne et du Terrazzo a été organisée autour de la table à manger en noyer. Ce double séjour a été délimité par un parquet en chêne, posé en pointe de Hongrie. Pour y ajouter une touche de caractère, nos artisans staffeurs ont réalisé un travail remarquable sur les corniches ainsi que sur les cimaises pour y incorporer des miroirs.
Un peu à l’écart, l’ancien studio s’est transformé en chambre parentale comprenant un bureau dans la continuité du dressing, tous deux séparés visuellement par des tasseaux de bois. L’ancienne cuisine a été remplacée par une première chambre d’enfant, pensée autour du sport. Une seconde chambre d’enfant a été réalisée autour de l’univers des dinosaures.
