Amazing SpacesThe footprint of the kitchen was not drastically altered; however it was fully redesigned to seamlessly integrate with the dining and living areas. Walls were removed that framed the existing layout and separated the kitchen from the adjacent rooms. The side of the cabinetry facing the dining room and living room now showcase a dramatic bar and counter seating area clad in steel panels and a 7” thick walnut countertop with hidden storage.
The cabinets are white with a twist: rift cut white oak with a semi-transparent paint, allowing the natural color to slightly bleed through thus enhancing its rustic nature. Grey quartz countertops echo the abundant natural rock formations on the property further connecting the kitchen to the home and gorgeous exterior surroundings. Unique details include the steel cladding behind the cooktop and sink to protect the wood countertop, reusing steel for the sleek custom kitchen table support, and a steel backsplash adjacent to the refrigerator. The dining room walls are custom painted in a color-on-color birch tree motif and live edge wood slabs were chosen for both the kitchen and dining tabletops. General lighting was thoughtfully considered and incorporates small aperture, square trimmed LED recessed fixtures throughout. A unique statement chandelier punctuates the dining room table.

Bilotta Kitchen & HomeThis contemporary New York City kitchen was designed by Bilotta’s Randy O’Kane in collaboration with Avo Construction and Gordon Kahn Associates. The kitchen features Artcraft cabinetry in a mix of Olivewood high gloss for the L- shaped perimeter and Alumasteel for the island. The countertop is Ceramica Design Italia Lavastone in Nero Scintillante. The black and stainless steel Cornufe range on the perimeter is accented with a stainless steel backsplash and a stainless-steel Faber hood. All other appliances are Miele. Faucet by Dornbracht and the undermount sink is by Franke.

Humphrey MunsonThe Spenlow kitchen design really suits the classic contemporary feel of this Victorian family home in Chelmsford, Essex. With two young children, the homeowners wanted a versatile space that was suitable for everyday family life but also somewhere they could entertain family and friends easily.
Embracing the classic H|M design values of symmetry, simplicity, proportion and restraint, the Spenlow design is an understated, contemporary take on classic English cabinetry design. With metallic accents throughout – from the pendant lighting, to the polished nickel hardware, this design is the perfect balance of classic and contemporary.

Nolte Kitchens UKWATSON - LONDON
The Watson project is an example of how a dark colour scheme and unusual kitchen materials can nestle into the personality of the home. The units along the back wall are from the Leicht Concrete range. In Brasilia Avance, this brooding but soft palette is ingrained with an antique mirror backsplash sourced by the client, opening the galley kitchen through a sparkling finish; this is a fantastic example of the Leicht kitchen design flexibility and bespoke design service.
The units of the island are in Textured Wood Veneer in Oak Barrique Avance from the TOPOS range. The worktops in white offset the dark colours and pull the kitchen into the colour scheme of the homeowners open plan room.
The kitchen is fitted around the architecture of the apartment, ensconced in the back wall with a beautifully situated island standing prominently in front. The island features a submerged sink with a Quooker Tap and a Siemens Dishwasher.
The kitchen designers recommended the client the Westin Cache Extractor and Miele Ovens, which the client chose to incorporate into their stunning Central London apartment. They also chose a Leibherr Fridge and Freezer.
By Design Interiors, Inc.This dream kitchen is the perfect space for showcase and storage with floor to ceiling cabinetry, the latest high end appliances on the market. Gorgeous 5cm thick marble countertops contrast beautifully with a gray and metallic back splash. The kitchen opens up into a neat bar area for entertaining and anchors the dining area which is a perfect gathering spot.
