High end contemporary kitchen - White kitchen island with Stainless Steel worktop. Dark oak was chosen for the tall appliance bank and wall panelling. Our main focus in this beautiful beach-front Malibu home was the view. Keeping all interior furnishing at a low profile so that your eye stays focused on the crystal blue Pacific. Adding natural furs and playful colors to the homes neutral palate kept the space warm and cozy. Plants and trees helped complete the space and allowed “life” to flow inside and out. For the exterior furnishings we chose natural teak and neutral colors, but added pops of orange to contrast against the bright blue skyline.
This open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining room, and staircase. Owner wanted a transitional flare with mid century, industrial, contemporary, modern, and masculinity. Perfect place to entertain and dine with friends.

The Kessler is a contemporary dream come true. This sprawling two-story home is distinctive in design and aesthetic. Utilizing simple shapes, clean lines, and unique materials, the exterior of the home makes a strong impression.
Large, single-paned windows light up the interior spaces. The main living area is an open space, including the foyer, sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Also on the main level are a screened porch, dual patios, exercise room, master bedroom and guest suite.
The lower level offers two additional guest suites, an entertainment center and game room, all with daylight windows.

The design creates a new dining area and opens the rear facade to an existing garden giving the new extension lots of natural light and space.

Step in this dining room, and your guests can’t help but feel supremely inspired. This space exudes an air of tranquility. The metallic shimmer walls play off the zebra rug and pop-color chairs. Sleek silhouette statues give a feel of ancient regality while the entire space is tied to earth with art by God: an elephant ear selenite rock. Organic, sleek and shimmer greet you and your guests, telling you: yes, this is life.

A shot of the house from back to front. You can really appreciate the open nature of the space and see how multi-functional each of the rooms are. One constant is high quality furniture, finished and artwork.
