Studioteka Design, LLCThis gorgeous three bed, three bath, classic six apartment gets great light, but the kitchen needed to be renovated, opened up, and better organized to accommodate this family of four's love of gourmet cooking and entertaining. We removed the kitchen door and opened up the wall that separated it from the hallway, added new marble countertops and a marble topped island, and designed bright new custom cabinetry for the space. Custom shelving and organization were built for the pantry, including space for a wine fridge, and a brand new laundry room was created from what used to be a walk-in closet. We completely gutted and redesigned the primary bath, and also added new recessed lighting, a chandelier, and other finishing touches to the home’s light-filled living spaces. Studio 38 Designs, Inc.This project is a kitchen remodel that consists of new cabinetry, backsplash, countertops, lighting, appliances, and fixtures. This home features tall arched doorways and 10 foot ceilings. In the kitchen a tall soffit sat above the existing wall cabinets. We removed the soffit and added tall stacked wall cabinets to maximize storage and lengthen the walls. In the bar area, vibrant green cabinets were added with floating shelves along with a drawer refrigerator, making this the perfect place to mix cocktails. Across from the bar sat a walk-in pantry. In place of the pantry, built-in cabinetry with easy access sliding shelves were installed.

La funzione pirolitica autopulisce grazie all’elevata temperatura di circa 500 °C che riesce a sprigionare. Lo sporco e il grasso sulle pareti interne e sulla porta vengono totalmente bruciati e basta passare un panno umido per rimuoverne i residui inceneriti!
Un dettaglio molto importante e diversificato a seconda delle zone è stato l’illuminazione.
Ad esempio, sopra al piano ad induzione c’era bisogno di una luce funzionale, sulla zona operativa i faretti incassati nel cartongesso illuminano la zona conservazione (frigorifero e dispensa) e le zone preparazione cibi.

brittanysdesignWhat a transformation! From dated kitchen to modernized farm house! We cleaned this space up with a combination of shaker white painted cabinetry and onyx stained island. The luxurious center piece of Cambria Quartz on the island is off-set by the honed perimeter countertops pull this space together by combining colors from the rock fireplace, slate floors and chevron marble backsplash.
