Anne Webster Designs Pty LtdA farmhouse kitchen was installed into this 14th Century Manor with a distressed look. A double undermounted Belfast sink and integrated dishwasher disguised as drawers to the left of the sink. Dark honed granite worktop to match the original 14th Century slate slab flooring.
Tracy Berman InteriorsThe inspiration for this kitchen started with the flooring. It had a lot of character and needed the right cabinets and accessories to do it justice. The old layout didn't use the space correctly and left a lot of opportunity for extra storage. The cabinets were not tall enough fo the space and the hood was crowded by cabinets. Now the layout adds additional storage and function. The hood is surrounded by tile and floating shelves to create a focal point. The apron front hammered copper sink helps connect the copper colors in the floor to the overall design. To create a rustic feel knotty alder was used. The 3x12 tile has a worn, old world feel to continue the style. The mosaic inset accents the copper, grey and cream pattern from the floor. The hardware on the cabinets is hammered matte black. The faucet is also matte black. The wine cabinet and wine fridge help to transition the space from kitchen to entertaining. A new dining table and chairs and new barstools help finish off the space.
Preteroti Consulting (Johnny Rhino Kit & Bath)This kitchen remodel was completed for Joel & Cindy. The renovation did not change the original footprint, but the design and feel of the kitchen has been incredibly updated. The outdated, MDF plywood cabinets and laminate countertop/backsplash has been completely removed and replaced with solid wood cabinets, grantie counter tops, and a glass/slate mosaic backsplash accented by the slate flooring. SoKiplingThis small cottage had a small kitchen and very little storage space. To accommodate a large fridge freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and an oven and still have useful storage space and worksurface was tricky.
A tall and deep larder cupboard beside the fridge was the answer to storing food and the well designed corner cabinet accommodates all pots and pans. The pull-out shelf under the sink allows easy access to all the cleaning products. Other features such as plinth drawer, a small wall cupboard and wall shelves on brackets for kiln jars added valuable storage space without making the room too small. The freestanding washing machine was hidden behind a curtain for added colour and a bit of extra worktop above.

Pacific Coast Custom DesignFor this kitchen remodel we used custom maple cabinets in a swiss coffee finish with a coordinating dark maple island with beautiful custom finished end panels and posts. The countertops are Cambria Summerhill quartz and the backsplash is a combination of honed and polished Carrara marble. We designed a terrific custom built-in desk with 2 work stations.
