backgroundРабота над этим проектом имела свои уникальные особенности, связанные с пожеланиями заказчика и исходными данными квартиры. Необходимо было сделать две отдельные жилые комнаты и кухню-столовую. В квартире только 3 окна, расположенные в одной стене, это и определило размещение и габариты комнат, в каждой из которых должно быть окно. Холл и санузлы находятся у противоположной стены. Таким образом планировка, которую мы предложили практически не отличается от исходной.

Dura Supreme CabinetryThis beautiful cottage styled kitchen design with Dura Supreme Cabinetry was created by Linda Williams at Hahka Kitchens. It contrasts white painted cabinetry with a black/dark kitchen island cabinetry to create an eclectic cottage feel. Black counter tops contrast the white cabinetry while a wood countertop compliments the black/dark cabinetry of the kitchen island and coordinates with the wood beams stretched across the ceiling.

В помещении расположили 2 стола: компактный стол для завтраков у острова и большой обеденный стол из натурального слэба дерева в зоне столовой, за которым может разместится до 8 персон.

DSGN HUBМы всегда детально прорабатываем кухню под бытовые привычки заказчиков. Кухню делали на заказ. У заказчиков был запрос: они попросили сделать так, чтобы им удобно было готовить на кухне вместе. Нам нужна была большая рабочая поверхность. Нам удалось этого добиться за счет переноса витрины для бокалов, кофемашины и морозилки в специальную нишу, которую мы выкроили за счет коридора.

BK Interior Designs LLCThis Passover kitchen was designed as a secondary space for cooking. The design includes Moroccan-inspired motifs on the ceramic backsplash and ties seamlessly with the black iron light fixture. Since the kitchen is used one week to a month per year, and to keep the project budget-friendly, we opted for laminate countertops with a concrete look as an alternative to stone. The 33-inch drop-in stainless steel sink is thoughtfully located by the only window with a view of the lovely backyard. Because the space is small and closed in, LED undercabinet lighting was essential to making the surface space practical for basic tasks.
