Carter Fox Design BuildCarter Fox Renovations was hired to do a complete renovation of this semi-detached home in the Gerrard-Coxwell neighbourhood of Toronto. The main floor was completely gutted and transformed - most of the interior walls and ceilings were removed, a large sliding door installed across the back, and a small powder room added. All the electrical and plumbing was updated and new herringbone hardwood installed throughout.
Upstairs, the bathroom was expanded by taking space from the adjoining bedroom. We added a second floor laundry and new hardwood throughout. The walls and ceiling were plaster repaired and painted, avoiding the time, expense and excessive creation of landfill involved in a total demolition.
The clients had a very clear picture of what they wanted, and the finished space is very liveable and beautifully showcases their style.

Signature Designs Kitchen | Bath | InteriorsI met the home owner and suggested an extensive remodel to this couple's upscale home in Carlsbad. Transitional shaker kitchen with Sequel Quartz on the island top and Calcutta quartz on the perimeter tops.
We added some accessories in this kitchen like the spice pullout and a trash recycle topped off with stacked cabinetry to the ceiling with glass uppers with lighting. The appliances are black stainless for a rich look. Center stage are pendant lights that are black and brass combo.
The La Cantina door that we added to the dining area brings the outside in during the entire year. A classic beauty.
Showplace CabinetryThis beautiful remodel project in Pembroke Pines, FL was meant to increase the potential to sell the home. But, after the beautiful project was completed, the homeowners decided to keep the home instead of selling it.
