DEANE Inc | Distinctive Design & CabinetryThis kitchen originally had a long island that the owners needed to walk around to access the butler’s pantry, which was a major reason for the renovation. The island was separated in order to have a better traffic flow – with one island for cooking with a prep sink and the second offering seating and storage. 2″ thick mitered honed Stuario Gold marble countertops are accented by soft satin brass hardware, while the backsplash is a unique jet-cut white marble in an arabesque pattern. The perimeter inset cabinetry is painted a soft white. while the islands are a warm grey. The window wall features a 5-foot-long stone farm sink with two faucets, while a 60″ range and two full 30″ ovens are located on the opposite wall. A custom hood with elegant, gentle sloping lines is embellished with a hammered antique brass collar and antique pewter rivets.

Kitchen Architecture LtdThe seamless indoor-outdoor transition in this Oxfordshire country home provides the perfect setting for all-season entertaining. The elevated setting of the bulthaup kitchen overlooking the connected soft seating and dining allows conversation to effortlessly flow. A large bar presents a useful touch down point where you can be the centre of the room.
INTERIORS BY ABRAHAMWe created a Grand space for entertaining and giving more storage space and hanging out space by creating an Open Kitchen & Breakfast Area. We made it all cohesive to Design by bringing in Modern Farmhouse details such as the wood work and Decorative ShipLap & "X" Desigins on Island and Table enough for 8 people. White Cabinetry with Gold Accent Hardware and Industrial Wall Sconces & Hanging Table Pendants gives this Kitchen the Bling it needs. We added a Wetbar Space for the Husband to entertain guests and never sacrificed Design.
Alair Homes PlanoThis new home was built on an old lot in Dallas, TX in the Preston Hollow neighborhood. The new home is a little over 5,600 sq.ft. and features an expansive great room and a professional chef’s kitchen. This 100% brick exterior home was built with full-foam encapsulation for maximum energy performance. There is an immaculate courtyard enclosed by a 9' brick wall keeping their spool (spa/pool) private. Electric infrared radiant patio heaters and patio fans and of course a fireplace keep the courtyard comfortable no matter what time of year. A custom king and a half bed was built with steps at the end of the bed, making it easy for their dog Roxy, to get up on the bed. There are electrical outlets in the back of the bathroom drawers and a TV mounted on the wall behind the tub for convenience. The bathroom also has a steam shower with a digital thermostatic valve. The kitchen has two of everything, as it should, being a commercial chef's kitchen! The stainless vent hood, flanked by floating wooden shelves, draws your eyes to the center of this immaculate kitchen full of Bluestar Commercial appliances. There is also a wall oven with a warming drawer, a brick pizza oven, and an indoor churrasco grill. There are two refrigerators, one on either end of the expansive kitchen wall, making everything convenient. There are two islands; one with casual dining bar stools, as well as a built-in dining table and another for prepping food. At the top of the stairs is a good size landing for storage and family photos. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a movie room. What makes this home so special is the Casita! It has its own entrance off the common breezeway to the main house and courtyard. There is a full kitchen, a living area, an ADA compliant full bath, and a comfortable king bedroom. It’s perfect for friends staying the weekend or in-laws staying for a month.

-Owners want easy to maintain (white) kitchen
-Must also serve as a workspace & accommodate three laptops & separate personal files
-Existing kitchen has odd, angled wall of cabinets due to configuration of stairs in foyer
SOLUTION:
-Expand space by removing wall between kitchen & dining room
-Relocate dining room into (rarely used) study
-Remove columns between kitchen & new dining
-Enlarge walk-in pantry by squaring off angles in stair wall
-Make pantry entry a camouflaged, surprising feature by creating doors out of cabinetry
-Add natural illumination with 6’ picture window
-Make ceiling one plane
-Add calculated runways of recessed LED lights on dimmers
-Lighting leads to dynamic marble back splash behind range on back wall
-New double islands & ceiling-high cabinetry quadruple previous counter & storage space
-9’ island with seating includes three workstations
-Seating island offers under counter electronics charging ports & three shelves of storage per workstation in cabinets directly in front of stools
-Behind stools, lower cabinetry provides one drawer & two pull-out shelves per workstation
-7’ prep island services 48” paneled refrigerator & 48” gas range & includes 2nd sink, 2nd dishwasher & 2nd trash/recycling station
-Wine/beverage chiller located opposite island sink
-Both sink spigots are touch-less & are fed by whole-house water filtration system

Two Hands InteriorsA custom copper hood, hand painted terra-cotta tile backsplash, wooden beams and rich Taj Mahal quartzite counters create a sophisticated and welcoming kitchen. With double islands and plenty of prep space, this kitchen is made for a crowd.
Corinthian Fine HomesThis homeowner came to us with her basic design ready for us to execute for her kitchen, but also asked us to design and update her entry, sunroom and fireplace. Her kitchen was 80’s standard builder grade cabinetry and laminate countertops and she had a knee wall separating her kitchen from the family room. We removed that wall and installed a custom cabinetry buffet to complement the cabinetry of the kitchen, allowing for access from all sides. We removed a desk area in the kitchen and converted it to a closed organization station complete with a charging station for phones and computers. Calcutta Quartzite countertops were used throughout and continued seamlessly up the walls as a backsplash to create a wow factor. We converted a closet into a pantry cabinet, and new stainless appliances, including a microwave drawer completed this renovation.
Additionally, we updated her sunroom by removing the “popcorn” textured ceiling and gave it a fresh updated coat of paint. We installed 12x24 tile floor giving the room a simple classic transformation. Finally, we renewed the fireplace area, by building a custom mantle and adding wood paneling and trim to soften the marble fireplace face and a simple coat of paint in the entry and a new chandelier brought a lighter and fresher impact upon entering the home.
SF ModernThis doorway leads out to a side yard, with the dining room off to the left. In the kitchen to the right, the floor-to-ceiling bookshelf system is integrated into the kitchen cabinetry, with a sliding ladder to access the upper shelves and cabinets, which has doors which slide away
