Harlaxton InteriorsThis was a complete renovation project. The old kitchen was ripped out, rewired with new lighting, sockets and utility/downstairs wc created through the door beyond the kitchen.
The client wished for a Scandinavian style, but in keeping with the Victorian terraced house age. The vintage patterned porcelain tiles are a nod to the Victorian era.
Solid wood worktops and matching upstands are in a light ash.
Kitchen doors are matt white and the handleless design gives a seamless design along the galley kitchen.

Cabinet InnovationsSpice drawer, holds over 40 spice containers depending on the size of the containers. All cabinets are Wood-Mode 84 featuring the Linear Recessed door style on Maple with the Aqua Shade finish. Flooring by Daltile. CA-RDThis minimalist kitchen design was created for an entrepreneur chef who wanted a clean entertaining and research work area. To minimize clutter; a hidden dishwasher was installed and cutting board cover fabricated for the sink. Color matched flush appliances and a concealed vent hood help create a clean work area. Custom solid Maple shelves were made on site and provide quick access to frequently used items as well as integrate AC ducts in a minimalist fashion. The customized tile backsplash integrates trim-less switches and outlets in the center of the flowers to reduce their visual impact on the composition. A locally fabricated cove tile was notched into the paper countertop to ease the transition visually and aid in cleaning. This image contains one of 4 kitchen work areas in the home.
Normandy RemodelingThis kitchen has tons of storage with two-toned stacked cabinetry and gold handles. A playful yellow and blue flower patterned backsplash tile pop against a white quartzite countertop and white and gray cabinets. The peninsula with has a walnut counter top with a driftwood finish that compliments the driftwood finish on the open shelves.

Mon Concept HabitationNiché dans le 15e, ce joli 63 m² a été acheté par un couple de trentenaires. L’idée globale était de réaménager certaines pièces et travailler sur la luminosité de l’appartement.
1ère étape : repeindre tout l’appartement et vitrifier le parquet existant. Puis dans la cuisine : réaménagement total ! Nous avons personnalisé une cuisine Ikea avec des façades Bodarp gris vert. Le plan de travail en noyer donne une touche de chaleur et la crédence type zellige en blanc cassé (@parquet_carrelage) vient accentuer la singularité de la pièce.
Nos équipes ont également entièrement refait la SDB : pose du terrazzo au sol, de la baignoire et sa petite verrière, des faïences, des meubles et de la vasque. Et vous voyez le petit meuble « buanderie » qui abrite la machine à laver ? Il s’agit d’une création maison !
Nous avons également créé d’autres rangement sur-mesure pour ce projet : les niches colorées de la cuisine, le meuble bas du séjour, la penderie et le meuble à chaussures du couloir.
Ce dernier a une toute autre allure paré du papier peint Jungle Cole & Son ! Grâce à la verrière que nous avons posée, il devient visible depuis le salon. La verrière permet également de laisser passer la lumière du salon vers le couloir.
Ethelind Coblin Architect P.COur goal for the comprehensive renovation of this apartment was to maintain the vocabulary of this majestic pre-war structure. We enlarged openings and added transoms above to allow the infiltration of daylight into the Foyer. We created a Library in a deep saturated mahogany and completely replaced the Kitchen and Pantry, which were vintage 1960’s. Several years later, our client asked to have her home office relocated to the Living Room. We modified the layout, locating the office along the north facing windows, with office and entertainment equipment located in an armoire customized for this use. In addition to integrating many of the client’s existing furnishings, the design included new furnishings, custom carpeting and task lighting.

Working with old homes requires careful planning and selection of materials. The clients wanted to keep with the Arts and Crafts aesthetics of this 1923 bungalow. Modern conveniences such as a USB charging drawer, LED lighting, and interior cabinet storage options all help to bring this space together.
