Heimat DesignRénovation totale d'une maison de 110m² des années 20, pour une famille avec deux enfants.
Objectif du projet : Transformer une maison vieillissante en un lieu de vie ouvert, moderne et lumineux tout en en optimisant au maximum les rangements et les circulations.
Pour répondre à cet objectif, voici ce qui a été fait :
- Refonte complète du plan de la maison,
- Conception des verrières sur-mesure,
- Création d'un espace de vie ouvert type loft comprenant une salle TV, une salle à manger et une cuisine,
- Création de deux salles de bain,
- Rénovation des chambres.
Tous les meubles ont été pensés sur-mesure par Heimat Design : Dressing, rangements et bibliothèque sous-verrière, ainsi qu'un escalier sur-mesure.

This East Village penthouse was designed for nocturnal entertaining. Reclaimed wood lines the walls and counters of the kitchen and dark tones accent the different spaces of the apartment. Brick walls were exposed and the stair was stripped to its raw steel finish. The guest bath shower is lined with textured slate while the floor is clad in striped Moroccan tile.

Thomas AlexanderThe opposing joinery and staircase create a strong relationship at both sides of the living space. The continuous joinery seamlessly morphs from kitchen to a seat for dining, and finally to form the media unit within the living area.
The stair and the joinery are separated by a strong vertically tiled column.
Our bespoke staircase was designed meticulously with the joiner and steelwork fabricator. The wrapping Beech Treads and risers and expressed with a shadow gap above the simple plaster finish.
The steel balustrade continues to the first floor and is under constant tension from the steel yachting wire.

Azure CabinetsThis fun and lively kitchen concept was envisioned by our clients through their inspiration of Julia Childs' color themes and styles. The colors were custom selected and chosen by detailed studies of visuals from Julia Childs' actual kitchen!
The transitional shaker look meshed with European cabinet functionality provided much more storage space within the cabinets and the drawers which made this remodel perfect for the clients goal of putting the home up for sale.

Infini LegnoLa rénovation de cette cuisine a créé un espace lumineux et chaleureux grâce à l'utilisation de tons clairs et de bois clair. Les plans de travail en bois Laisne chêne Mondégo apportent une touche naturelle et élégante à l'ensemble de la cuisine.
La robinetterie Bradano en noir mat ajoute une touche de sophistication et de contraste à la cuisine. Avec ses lignes épurées et son fini mat, elle apporte une touche moderne et élégante à l'espace.
La présence d'une verrière Sogal crée une ouverture visuelle entre la cuisine et le reste de l'espace, apportant une sensation d'ouverture et de luminosité.
Les murs ont été peints avec de la peinture Little Greene dans des teintes de beige et de vert pistache clair. Ces couleurs se marient parfaitement avec le bois clair des meubles et des plans de travail, créant une atmosphère harmonieuse et accueillante.
Le sol a été refait avec un sol stratifié de couleur chêne tendre naturelle de chez Quickstep. Ce choix apporte une texture légèrement texturée et une tonalité chaleureuse à la cuisine. Le stratifié est durable et facile à entretenir, ce qui en fait un choix pratique pour une cuisine.

Cynthia B. Wilson Interior DesignA steel building located in the southeast Wisconsin farming community of East Troy houses a small family-owned business with an international customer base. The guest restroom, conference room, and kitchen needed to reflect the warmth and personality of the owners. We choose to offset the cold steel architecture with extensive use of Alder Wood in the door casings, cabinetry, kitchen soffits, and toe kicks custom made by Graham Burbank of Lakeside Custom Cabinetry, LLC.
