Spanish Mediterranean with subtle Moroccan glazed clay tile influences, custom cabinetry and subzero custom fridge panels in a creamy white and gold hand faux finish with quartz counter tops in Taupe grey, brushed gold hardware and faux succulent arrangements. The island was designed in double length as one side is for much needed enclosed storage and the other is for open barstool seating designed to resemble an antique refectory table and then topped with stunning calacata macchia vecchia marble and three impressive custom solid hand forged iron & glass lantern light fixtures sparkling from above.

This was a such a fun project, A quick flip took about 20 days total, from the time the tenants moved out to the time we had these pictures taken. Nothing major had to be done, we refinished the cabinets in the kitchen, bathroom and landing at the top of the stairs. We had the floors refinished, and all the HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing was thoroughly inspected and gone through, the pool and equipment, the lighting fixtures were updated, new garage flooring, and new paint on the interior and exterior. Its great to get in and get out of projects like this.

On the side of the kitchen, a small bar with the same black cabinetry offers a different appeal with grey stone backsplash. Sophisticated and sleek, this kitchen has been updated with timeless touches.
Adding lots of drama to this large kitchen, black painted cabinets emphasize the space. White with black veining marble countertop on the island acts as a focal point for this kitchen with solid white perimeter countertops. The black is a consistent base color, as shown on the cooktop decorative tile with mixed materials and dimensional tiles. Little black mosaic tiles accent the bold venthood design. The travertine flooring and stone wall ground the space in a neutral, earthy palette.

The biggest challenge in the designing the space was coordinating all of the materials to work within the kitchen as well as within the rest of the house. Top three notable/custom/unique features. Three notable features include the open sky light with shiplap and rustic pendants. The rustic wood beams and the custom metal hood. We paired the custom metal hood with Subzero Wolf professional cooking appliances. There are 2 farm sinks in this kitchen to fit all their cooking and prepping needs. Lots of detail throughout the space.

This Hampstead detached house was built specifically with a young professional in mind. We captured a classic 70s feel in our design, which makes the home a great place for entertaining. The main living area is large open space with an impressive fireplace that sits on a low board of Rosso Levanto marble and has been clad in oxidized copper. We've used the same copper to clad the kitchen cabinet doors, bringing out the texture of the Calacatta Viola marble worktop and backsplash. Finally, iconic pieces of furniture by major designers help elevate this unique space, giving it an added touch of glamour.
