Koivu LtdThis is a bright kitchen in a family extension. All the units are on one wall only with an island to provide additional storage and seating area. The splashback is in the same colour as the island.

Cabinets & SuchWhen she moved into the old Victorian everything was perfect - except she felt the kitchen was much too masculine for her taste. She knew that white cabinetry and a pop of color on a level island would bring the space up to her standards. With budget in mind, she opted for simple shaker cabinets on the sink wall by Waypoint Living Spaces and then splurged for custom painted cabinets for the island in Sherwin Williams "Tradewind" by Urban Effects cabinetry. The countertops in "Oceana" by Arizona Tile perfectly reflect the beachy sea glass hue of the island and walls. She further stretched her budget by re-using the oven and cooktop and found a white refrigerator that was just right for her lifestyle. The centerpiece of this luxurious kitchen is the stunning Dekton Natura Gloss backsplash, a masterpiece in itself. Its glossy surface reflects light effortlessly, creating an ethereal ambiance that enchants all who enter. The backsplash's subtle veining adds depth and character, elevating the visual appeal to new heights. As your eyes wander, they are met with the double waterfall countertops, a true testament to the artistry of design. These flawless surfaces cascade gracefully, seamlessly blending form and function.
Gleaming brass accent details accentuate the exquisite aesthetics of this luxury kitchen. From handles and fixtures to statement lighting, these shiny brass elements add a touch of regal allure. Their warm, lustrous tones harmonize effortlessly with the turquoise backdrop, creating a captivating interplay of colors.

House of BrazierWhat began as a small, extremely dated kitchen in this 1929 Spanish Casa with an even tinier nook that you could hardly eat in has turned into a gorgeous stunner full of life!
We stayed true to the original style of the home and selected materials to complement and update its Spanish aesthetic. Luckily for us, our clients were on board with some color-loving ideas too! The peacock blue cabinets pair beautifully with the patterned tile and let those gorgeous accents shine! We kept the original copper hood and designed a functional kitchen with mixed metals, wire mesh cabinet detail, more counter space and room to entertain!

Reico Kitchen & BathDesigned by Jen Denham of Reico Kitchen & Bath in White Plains, MD in collaboration with Potomac Home Improvements, this multi-room remodeling project features Merillat Cabinetry in a variety of collections, styles and finishes.
The kitchen features Merillat Masterpiece in the door style Atticus. The perimeter cabinets feature an Evercore Bonsai, complimented by a kitchen island in Hickory with a Sunset Suede finish, all covered by a Silestone Lusso Quartz countertop. The kitchen tile backsplash is Elon Tile Boston North East BC125 2.5x10 Brick, with a Carrara Stone tile custom painted accent.
The adjacent Breakfast Area features Merillat Classic in the Ralston door style with a Java Glaze finish with same countertop and brick tile. The laundry room design is also Merillat Classic cabinets in Ralston with a Cotton finish. All three rooms feature Armstrong Prysm PC001 Salvaged Plank Ridged Core White flooring.
“Jen was very helpful and supported our color and design features we asked to be included,” said the clients. “If we had an idea, Jen would find a way to make it work. We now have a very beautiful and functional kitchen, breakfast nook and laundry room."
“The client was kind, patient, and open to ideas. They wanted to incorporate features of feng shui and bring elements that were most important to her into the kitchen. To do this, we used a natural palette, functional touches, and a custom tile from her home country of Thailand,” said Jen.
“They also wanted to reflect the brick style of the front of the house by adding an accent wall into the breakfast area and back splash. However, some of the pull out wall cabinets and doors for the coffee station needed some tweaking once installed. We learned how to create a more custom look by doing a "hutch" area created from stacking wall cabinets and adding glass.”
