Fresh Space Design LLCWe incorporated pull down drying racks on an otherwise unused wall in the laundry room.
MARGARITA BRAVOOur clients wanted a modern mountain getaway that would combine their gorgeous mountain surroundings with contemporary finishes. To highlight the stunning cathedral ceilings, we decided to take the natural stone on the fireplace from floor to ceiling. The dark wood mantle adds a break for the eye, and ties in the views of surrounding trees. Our clients wanted a complete facelift for their kitchen, and this started with removing the excess of dark wood on the ceiling, walls, and cabinets. Opening a larger picture window helps in bringing the outdoors in, and contrasting white and black cabinets create a fresh and modern feel.

This laundry room is part of the 2018 TOH Idea House in Narragansett, Rhode Island. This 2,700-square-foot Craftsman-style cottage features abundant built-ins, a guest quarters over the garage, and dreamy spaces for outdoor “staycation” living.

Cabinet-S-TopThis laundry / mud room was created with optimal storage using Waypoint 604S standard overlay cabinets in Painted Cashmere color with a raised panel door. The countertop is Wilsonart in color Betty. A Blanco Silgranit single bowl top mount sink with an Elkay Pursuit Flexible Spout faucet was also installed.
Susan JablonGorgeous ocean style bottleglass has an organic, rough texture like you pulled it out of the sea! White square tiles used with subtle aqua green accents carried from the kitchen through to the laundry room and entryway give the home a unified and cohesive look.
Chester County Kitchen & BathDesigned a great mud room/entryway area with Kabinart Cabinetry, Arts and Crafts door style, square flat panel, two piece crown application to the ceiling.
Paint color chosen was Atlantic, with the Onyx Glaze.
La Costa Cabinets & DesignAn open 2 story foyer also serves as a laundry space for a family of 5. Previously the machines were hidden behind bifold doors along with a utility sink. The new space is completely open to the foyer and the stackable machines are hidden behind flipper pocket doors so they can be tucked away when not in use. An extra deep countertop allow for plenty of space while folding and sorting laundry. A small deep sink offers opportunities for soaking the wash, as well as a makeshift wet bar during social events. Modern slab doors of solid Sapele with a natural stain showcases the inherent honey ribbons with matching vertical panels. Lift up doors and pull out towel racks provide plenty of useful storage in this newly invigorated space.
Princeton Design CollaborativeFormer Kitchen was converted to new Laundry / Mud room, removing the need for the client to travel to basement for laundry. Bench is perfect place to put shoes on with storage drawer below

renovInnenausbau und Einrichtung einer Stadtvilla in Leichlingen. Zu unseren Arbeiten gehören die Malerarbeiten und Fliesen- und Tischlerarbeiten. Diese wurden teilweise auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Lokalen Betrieben ausgeführt. Zudem ist auch der Grundriss architektonisch von uns Entscheidend beeinflusst worden. Das Innendesign mit Material und Möbelauswahl übernimmt meine Frau. Sie ist auch für die Farbenauswahl zuständig. Ich widme mich der Ausführung und dem Grundriss.
Alle Holzelemente sind komplett in Eiche gehalten. Einige Variationen in Wildeiche wurden jedoch mit ins Konzept reingenommen.
Der Bodenbelag im EG und DG sind 120 x 120 cm Großformat Feinstein Fliesen aus Italien.
