This project began with a full gut‑out, revealing a bathroom in very rough condition—uneven floors, tired walls, and all the quirks you’d expect from an 1800s property. To create something truly beautiful, we stripped everything back to the original bricks and beams, re‑levelled the entire space, and rebuilt it from scratch. The room was then fully replumbed and completely rewired to modern standards. The result is a stunning Victorian‑inspired wetroom. The floor features classic Victorian mosaic tiles, setting the tone for the space. In the shower area, elegant chevron tiles climb the walls, while the rest of the room is finished with a traditional dado rail and half‑height metro tiling for an authentic period feel. Beautiful wallpaper adds character and warmth, tying the whole design together. Lefroy Brooks sanitary ware completes the room with timeless craftsmanship and style. Every element works in harmony, creating a wetroom that feels both historically sympathetic and beautifully refined.
