Cabinets & DesignsThis kitchen offers the convenience of having everything you need at your disposal without compromising the appearance. It's features are built-in and can be collapsed and out of sight.
In the DeetsFarmhouse style laundry room featuring navy patterned Cement Tile flooring, custom white overlay cabinets, brass cabinet hardware, farmhouse sink, and wall mounted faucet.
Provoke DesignThe laundry space is separate to the kitchen and had a very old water tank taking up most of the space. We removed this a place an instant hot water system outside that is also 6 star rated.
This allowed for extra storage space and a broom cupboard.
N.E.A. Construction - Architects & Master BuildersReclaimed maple bowling alley slab counter tops with a stainless steel farm style sink on a 3/4" black pipe stand and tiled backsplash. Restoration Hardware lights and utility access doors can be seen.
First Sense InteriorsA utility doesn't have to be utilitarian! This narrow space in a newly built extension was turned into a pretty utility space, packed with storage and functionality to keep clutter and mess out of the kitchen.
Renaissance Design StudioThis home was built by the client in 2000. Mom decided it's time for an elegant and functional update since the kids are now teens, with the eldest in college. The marble flooring is throughout all of the home so that was the palette that needed to coordinate with all the new materials and furnishings.
It's always fun when a client wants to make their laundry room a special place. The homeowner wanted a laundry room as beautiful as her kitchen with lots of folding counter space. We also included a kitty cutout for the litter box to both conceal it and keep out the pups. There is also a pull out trash, plenty of organized storage space, a hidden clothes rod and a charming farm sink. Glass tile was placed on the backsplash above the marble tops for added glamor.
The cabinetry is painted Gauntlet Gray by Sherwin Williams.

randbollThe Homeowner custom cut/finished a butcher block top (at the same thickness (1") of the granite counter-top), to be placed on the farm sink which increased the amount of available space to fold laundry, etc.
Note: the faucet merely swings out of the way.
2nd note: a square butcher block of the proper desired length and width and thickness can be purchased online, and then finished (round the corners to proper radius of Farm Sink corners, finish with several coats of clear coat polyurethane), as the homeowner did.

Christopher HowardAs part of a commission for a bespoke kitchen, we maximised this additional space for a utility boot room. The upper tier cabinets were designed to take a selection of storage baskets, while the tall counter slim cabinet sits in front of a pipe box and makes a great storage space for the client's selection of vases. Shoes are neatly stored out of the way with a bench in Oak above for a seated area.

ErikaWe repurposed a linen closet and added the space to our small laundry room. We also added 4 recessed can lights to replace the single light fixture.
Medford RemodelingThe original kitchen was a bit longer, but it lacked the walk-in pantry that Dave and his wife both wanted. Dave decided it was worth it to use some of the square footage from the kitchen to build a pantry alongside his custom refrigerator cabinet. Adding a cabinet around the fridge created a sleek built-in look and also provided some additional cabinet storage on top. A cool and creative feature that Dave incorporated in the design is a sheet of metal on the side panel of the fridge cabinet – a perfect place to keep their magnet collection and post-it notes!
The custom cabinets above the washer and dryer compliment the new modern look of the kitchen while also providing better storage space for laundry-related items. This area is also much brighter with an LED can light directly over the work area.
