The successful result of a partnership with Smart Architecture, Grace Hill Construction and Terri Wilcox Gardens, we translated the contemporary-style architecture into modern, yet comfortable interiors for a Massachusetts family. Creating a lake home designed for gatherings of extended family and friends that will provide weekends of memories for many years to come.

B Designs Interior'sThis home owner needed a dedicated home office for her busy business and had minimal space but knew what she needed in the space and what her end goals were. She loves current design trends of white walls and pops of blues but also loves traditional and has a beautiful antique Hunt board she wanted to use along with an old, small love seat that she received as a gift. Would it all fit?

The mirrored doors add a nice touch of reflection and compliment the mirrored chest that holds office supplies. Fuchsia linen chairs from Thibaut with curved backs and fuchsia pagoda lamp with metal shade create a fun contrast with the blue. An existing crystal chandelier that was moved from the dining room hangs over a polished nickel bamboo bar cart with wheels. Fashion artwork, French library wall sconces and a Barbara Barry white lotus floor lamp from Visual Comfort complete the vignette
Design Me By MahlahThe aqua mercury glass lamp, rattan and wood lanterns, mosaic tray, and shell inspired bowl are the decor that help bring in that coastal chic vibe. Embroidered linen drapes and the braided rug add warmth.
My client requested a serene, cozy, and beachy hone office where she could feel comfortable and inspired when working from home. Cool and coastal colors of sea glass, blue, aqua, sand, and ivory unfold a serene yet interesting space. With painted wood and rattan furniture, the feeling is that you are in a tropical retreat. We created spaces for working at a desk with practicalities like a filing cabinet, yet also a place to lounge while reading, conversing, and even working on the lap top. This small guest room became an inspiring place for my client to be productive and do her thing in style!
