Cabinet-S-TopIn this kitchen the original cabinets were refaced with two different color pallets. On the base cabinets, Medallion Stockton with a flat center panel Harbor Mist and on the wall cabinets the color Divinity. New rollout trays were installed. A new cabinet was installed above the refrigerator with an additional side door entrance. Kichler track lighting was installed and a single pendent light above the sink, both in brushed nickel. On the floor, Echo Bay 5mm thick vinyl flooring in Ashland slate was installed.

TreHus Architects+Interior Designers+BuildersThe clients were involved in the neighborhood organization dedicated to keeping the housing instead of tearing down. They wanted to utilize every inch of storage which resulted in floor-to-ceiling cabinetry. Cabinetry and counter space work together to create a balance between function and style.
Artisan Kitchens and BathsThis kitchen was completely remodeled. The space was a full gut down to the studs and sub floors.
The biggest challenge in the space was reorienting the layout to accommodate an island, larger appliances and leveling the space. The floors were more than a few inches out of level. We also turned a U-shaped kitchen with a peninsula into an L-shape with and island and relocated the sink to create a more open, eat-in area.
An additional area that was taken into consideration was the half bathroom just off the kitchen. Originally the bathroom opened up directly into the kitchen creating a break in the circulation. The toilet was rotated 180 degrees and flipped the bathroom to the other side of the area allowing the door to open and close without interfering with meal prep.
Three of the most important design features include the bold navy blue cabinets, professional appliances and modern material selection including matte brass hardware and fixtures (FAUCET, POT FILLER, PENDANTS ETC…), Herringbone backsplash, tile and white marble countertops.

Design 613, LLCHere is a 3D CAD drawing of the A family's kitchen alongside an actual photo of the completed kitchen. You can get a good feel for what it will look and feel like just from the CAD drawings. I can also produce even more realistic pics using rendering software.
