This condo underwent an amazing transformation! The kitchen was moved from one side of the condo to the other so the homeowner could take advantage of the beautiful view. The Kitchen was originally tucked away in this small area. Moving allowed the homeowners to add 2 Wall mount Murphy Beds for additional company. It also adds a quiet space to read. The beams in the ceiling are not only a great architectural detail but they allow for lighting that could not otherwise be added to the condos concrete ceiling. The lovely crown around the room also conceals solar shades and drapery rods.

You are greeted at the front door by a school of friendly fish on the area rug that lead the way into the open plan home.
Winterberry, Designs by Larson
We designed this entry to be warm & welcoming by using natural earth tones in tans & green. The wallpaper shows a seaside cottage town, which was perfect for this home in Newport RI. The custom-made console table was designed by Larson, and was made narrow to allow for gracious egress.

The original house was demolished to make way for a two-story house on the sloping lot, with an accessory dwelling unit below. The upper level of the house, at street level, has three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. The “great room” opens onto an ocean-view deck through two large pocket doors. The master bedroom can look through the living room to the same view. The owners, acting as their own interior designers, incorporated lots of color with wallpaper accent walls in each bedroom, and brilliant tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen, and at the fireplace tiles in the bathrooms, kitchen, and at the fireplace.

Rounded Edge Style
Timeless and classic materials are used in this stunning Queenslander Inspired home by Stannard Homes. The parquetry floor tile makes a statement yet doesn't overshadow the architectural details.
