Eve Mode DesignAlthough small in size, the kitchen feels open and airy, with an ocean view. The white cabinets and beveled glass wall tile reflects the water and beach feeling in a contemporary and sophisticated style. The opening was created as a pass-through for entertaining with glass upper cabinets accessible from both sides.
Silver Leaf InteriorsWhen our clients purchased this condo it was ready for a re-do. All the dark oak cabinets and trim had to go! We gutted the walls in the kitchen to open up the view of the lake. The whimsical colors and details of this remodeled condo in Mariners Cove, Madison Wisconsin fit our clients perfectly. Lake living was the top order at this condo so our nod to nautical was a fun touch. We added a coffered ceiling with a bead board and beamed look to really give this kitchen the wow factor. We removed all the old walnut stained oak trim in the condo and replaced it with a painted white package, all new flooring, lighting, fresh wall color and we even updated the old spindle staircase with open cable wire which really gave this condo a new look. Welcome to the lake!
Lenton Company, Inc.San Diego living is the inspiration for this coastal-style kitchen and bathrooms. It features RTA white shaker cabinets, brushed nickel finishes, arabesque shape tiles that resemble ocean blue -hues, an under-mount granite composite sink, and soft blue paint throughout the house.

This lovely beach cabin was completely remodeled to add more space and make it a bit more functional. Many vintage pieces were reused in keeping with the vintage of the space. We carved out new space in this beach cabin kitchen, bathroom and laundry area that was nonexistent in the previous layout. The original drainboard sink and gas range were incorporated into the new design as well as the reused door on the small reach-in pantry. The white tile countertop is trimmed in nautical rope detail and the backsplash incorporates subtle elements from the sea framed in beach glass colors. The client even chose light fixtures reminiscent of bulkhead lamps.
The bathroom doubles as a laundry area and is painted in blue and white with the same cream painted cabinets and countetop tile as the kitchen. We used a slightly different backsplash and glass pattern here and classic plumbing fixtures.

Blue Tea Kitchens and BathroomsPutting cabinetry along the back wall of our Condo project would have looked clumsy butted up against the window. Instead we made this otherwise awkward corner shine with a striking marble splash back to the ceiling. Keeping the upper cabinets white (which keeps the space open and spacious) adding a splash of colour below and hint of timber and brass means that this small kitchen is not small on style.
