AlphaStudio Design GroupConceptually the Clark Street remodel began with an idea of creating a new entry. The existing home foyer was non-existent and cramped with the back of the stair abutting the front door. By defining an exterior point of entry and creating a radius interior stair, the home instantly opens up and becomes more inviting. From there, further connections to the exterior were made through large sliding doors and a redesigned exterior deck. Taking advantage of the cool coastal climate, this connection to the exterior is natural and seamless

Davis Tamburin Inc..In this kitchen we designed, no one could believe this was a tiny kitchen. What we ended up doing was combining the dining room with the kitchen to create one large chef's kitchen. The dining room was relocated to the small narrow family ...room. And the large formal living room was transformed into the great room. Our client loves it!
As our client is a professional chef, we were able to give her two dishwashers, a sub zero, warming drawer, 6 burner stove, double wall oven, microwwave and a baking pantry, so she did not need to bend down to pick up the heavy mixers. All her baking utensils, are located in one area. Her choice was to make it more of a mediterrean style kitchen, but we wanted to make it a bit more transitional by the use of stainless steel appliances and give her an eating counter. By taking down the wall between the Kitchen and the dining room we let in all this natural light. Barstools are located at the end o the pennisula. Colonial Craft Kitchens, IncDesiring a whimsical French Country style with a twist, we used playful yet sophisticated colors. A creamy, whipped butter, color was paired with a burnt orange to create contrast and interest. The orange is unexpected- introducing the whimsical flare the client was after. Spaces RenewedThis gourmet chef’s kitchen uses Pro Style GE Monogram appliances; Double ovens, oversized built in refrigeration, a 48” pro gas range top, and sleek and concealed microwave. A farmhouse sink, a prep sink, and pot filler create ample opportunities for cooking and cleaning up together with family and friends. The white perimeter cabinets are contrasted with a grey color at the large island and custom wood hood. The shape of the island allows for diner to face each other for great conversations over great meals. The black and brass orb pendants offer a fun contrast and a visually interesting design feature. White and grey quartz counters give the look of marble without any of the maintenance. Artisan style ceramic grey hi gloss backsplash tile adds a layer of hand made appeal and allow light to bounce off from various angles and facets.
C-Reese Architectural DesignIn the kitchen we used light hickory cabinets with dark trim. In keeping with the colorful tiles we added colorful ceiling treatments in the kitchen and breakfast area with large dark wood beams for contrast.
