Six arches were built around the dining room so there was a sense of enclosure but not in a small room. The openness of the 3 rooms are all coordinated with the two shades of gold paint.
Hsu McCulloughThe dining room is a theater stage as the smooth stucco'd, parabolic curved opening frames the view of the food forest (and bistro patio) beyond via a corner unit of aluminum framed sliding glass doors that have been pocketed into the walls. The exterior concrete floor blurs the threshold between outside and inside continuing into the dining room. The deep window seat offers a place to read with the constellation pattern of recessed ceiling lights overhead.

Los propietarios pidieron asientos con brazos para tener tertulias cómodas tras las comidas. Todos los materiales también fueron elegidos con tonalidades naturales: sillas de cuerda, cojines de lino, madera en la mesa... Sobre el comedor, preside una gran lámpara de fibra natural que se mece con la brisa y nos trasporta directamente a los chiringuitos al pie de playa.
The dining room was prepared for 4 people, which are the ones that can be in the house at the same time. The owners asked for seats with arms to have comfortable gatherings after meals. All the materials were also chosen with natural tones: rope chairs, linen cushions, wood on the table... Over the dining room, presides over a large natural fiber lamp that sways in the breeze and transports us directly to the beach bars at the foot of the beach.

JTID Inc.To emulate the light-colored washed wood applications often found in Greek houses, we opted for this extendable table with a classic trestle pedestal base. Caned dining chairs with distressed leather seats compliment it impeccably. The orb chandelier is an ode to the iron fixtures commonly crafted by artisans along the Mediterranean Coast.
