We wanted to showcase a fun multi-purpose room, combining a laundry room, pet supplies/bed and wrapping paper center.
Using Current frame-less cabinets, we show as much of the product as possible in a small space:
Lazy susan
Stack of 4 drawers (each drawer being a different box and glide offered in the line)
Pull out ironing board
Stacked washer and dryer
Clothes rod for both hanging clothes and wrapping paper
Open shelves
Square corner wall
Pull out hamper baskets
Pet bed
Tip up door
Open shelves with pull out hampers
We also wanted to combine cabinet materials with high gloss white laminate upper cabinets and Spokane lower cabinets. Keeping a budget in mind, plastic laminate counter tops with white wood-grain imprint and a top-mounted sink were used.

Floor to ceiling cabinetry conceals all laundry room necessities along with shelving space for extra towels, hanging rods for drying clothes, a custom made ironing board slot, pantry space for the mop and vacuum, and more storage for other cleaning supplies. Everything is beautifully concealed behind these custom made ribbon sapele doors.

From functional to fabulous, this long room provides work areas for laundry, dog grooming and elaborate entertaining. The dog grooming area consists of a handcrafted sink made from the countertop material. A large spray arm makes shampooing the pooch easier. There is a drying off area to the right. It is constructed so larger dogs can "walk" up the steps and into the sink. Tile floor makes for easy cleanup.
Plenty of cabinet storage lines the opposite wall.

The patterned floor continues into the laundry room where double sets of appliances and plenty of countertops and storage helps the family manage household demands.
Purpose Renovations and Contracting
Full laundry room makeover! We took an unfinished basement utility room with uneven concrete floors and leveled and finished everything from head to toe! streamlined plumbing lines, gas, and ventilation behind walls and custom bulkheads to achieve a clean functional modern look.
Bean Interiors
We continued the bespoke joinery through to the utility room, providing ample storage for all their needs. With a lacquered finish and composite stone worktop and the finishing touch, a tongue in cheek nod to the previous owners by mounting one of their plastered plaques...to complete the look!

This bright laundry room is super functional. The laundry hamper pull-outs make sorting laundry a breeze, and the extra deep washer/dryer cabinet allows you to tuck away laundry baskets and store Costco size detergent containers (just open the cabinet door & the soap dispenses right into the washer). The floating shelf above the sink is a fun touch & the white quartz counters and glass subway tile add style.

Tucked between the Main House and the Guest Addition is the new Laundry Room. The travertine floor tile continues from the original Kitchen into the Laundry Room.

A few years after completing this NE Minneapolis homeowner’s basement, it was time to give the cold unfinished laundry room a quick facelift! With passion for design, we were focused on cleaning up the space while keeping a tight budget. The decision was made to create a finished- unfinished space. With design inspiration from Pinterest and a homeowner’s throw pillow, a chevron painted floor pattern was designed. The unfinished walls were painted a warm yellow to brighten up the room. The unfinished ceiling was painted a clean white to give the impression of height and lighten the room. Existing tables that have stood the test of time were painted white and new maple butcher block counters were installed for additional folding room. Finally, new shelving and a long hanging rod were stretched across the room. The laundry room is an eyesore no more! The new space completes the basements design, brings functionality, and most importantly- is fun!

The washer / dryer had panels applied to blend in with the surroundings so you wouldn't even know they were there.

This modern zen-like kitchen is finished in Columbia frameless rift white oak composite and walnut cabinets with accents of aluminum frame doors with frosted glass. The panel front doors on the refrigerator allow it to seamlessly blend into the pantry. The white striated tile back-splash goes from counter to ceiling. The counter tops are Caesarstone Frosty Carina, while the island is a black walnut butcher block. Stainless steel is incorporated in the range hood, modern faucet, and farmhouse sink. The dedicated wine bar space features open cubby storage for wine bottles.
