Alexandra Gorla Architecture d'IntérieurDans cette maison datant de 1993, il y avait une grande perte de place au RDCH; Les clients souhaitaient une rénovation totale de ce dernier afin de le restructurer. Ils rêvaient d'un espace évolutif et chaleureux. Nous avons donc proposé de re-cloisonner l'ensemble par des meubles sur mesure et des claustras. Nous avons également proposé d'apporter de la lumière en repeignant en blanc les grandes fenêtres donnant sur jardin et en retravaillant l'éclairage. Et, enfin, nous avons proposé des matériaux ayant du caractère et des coloris apportant du peps!
Kitchen Art DesignThis quaint nook was turned into the perfect place to incorporate some much needed storage. Featuring a soft white shaker door blending into the matching white walls keeps it nice and bright.

The resulting home references the classic Queenslander in combination with a refined mix of modern Hampton elements.
Betty Wasserman Art & InteriorsA large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in New York City’s High Line area exhibits artisanal, custom furnishings throughout, creating a Mid-Century Modern look to the space. Also inspired by nature, we incorporated warm sunset hues of orange, burgundy, and red throughout the living area and tranquil blue, navy, and grey in the bedrooms. Stunning woodwork, unique artwork, and exquisite lighting can be found throughout this home, making every detail in this home add a special and customized look.
The bathrooms showcase gorgeous marble walls which contrast with the dark chevron floor tiles, gold finishes, and espresso woods.
Project Location: New York City. Project designed by interior design firm, Betty Wasserman Art & Interiors. From their Chelsea base, they serve clients in Manhattan and throughout New York City, as well as across the tri-state area and in The Hamptons.

SVM Interiors LtdWe added an antiques glass wall as you walk into the flat to create a feeling of space and a bit of drama. It's a small space so ti did give a feeling of more depth.

Although the kitchen looks fairly normal, the whole property had a triangular shape which made it a very difficult floor plan to work with. The triangular shape of the kitchen allowed an interesting shape island in the middle of the floor, as well as different sized pantries to accommodate the difficult floor plan.
The pull out drawers are made of birch with a dark walnut finish to match the rest of the cabinetry. We installed double uppers, and made the top layer of cabinetry deeper than the lower level, and also put some LED lighting in.
While the floor plan was tough to work with, the results turned out great.
SV DesignHaving been neglected for nearly 50 years, this home was rescued by new owners who sought to restore the home to its original grandeur. Prominently located on the rocky shoreline, its presence welcomes all who enter into Marblehead from the Boston area. The exterior respects tradition; the interior combines tradition with a sparse respect for proportion, scale and unadorned beauty of space and light.

The owners of this home in Westhampton, New York chose to install a switchback floating staircase to transition from one floor to another. They used our jet black onyx rod railing paired it with a black powder coated stringer. Wooden handrail and thick stair treads keeps the look warm and inviting. The beautiful thin lines of rods run up the stairs and along the balcony, creating security and modernity all at once.

Outside, the owners used the same black rods paired with surface mount posts and aluminum handrail to secure their balcony. It’s a cohesive, contemporary look that will last for years to come.
