Matthias J Pearson Architect PLLC3,900 SF home that has achieved a LEED Silver certification. The house is sited on a wooded hill with southern exposure and consists of two 20’ x 84’ bars. The second floor is rotated 15 degrees beyond ninety to respond to site conditions and animate the plan. Materials include a standing seam galvalume roof, native stone, and rain screen cedar siding.

Michael Nash Design, Build & HomesThe simple use of black and white…classic, timeless, elegant. No better words could describe the renovation of this kitchen, dining room and seating area.
First, an amazing wall of custom cabinets was installed. The home’s 10’ ceilings provided a nice opportunity to stack up decorative glass cabinetry and highly crafted crown moldings on top, while maintaining a considerable amount of cabinetry just below it. The custom-made brush stroke finished cabinetry is highlighted by a chimney-style wood hood surround with leaded glass cabinets. Custom display cabinets with leaded glass also separate the kitchen from the dining room.
Next, the homeowner installed a 5’ x 14’ island finished in black. It houses the main sink with a pedal style control disposal, dishwasher, microwave, second bar sink, beverage center refrigerator and still has room to sit five to six people. The hardwood floor in the kitchen and family room matches the rest of the house.
The homeowner wanted to use a very selective white quartzite stone for counters and backsplash to add to the brightness of their kitchen. Contemporary chandeliers over the island are timeless and elegant. High end appliances covered by custom panels are part of this featured project, both to satisfy the owner’s needs and to implement the classic look desired for this kitchen.
Beautiful dining and living areas surround this kitchen. All done in a contemporary style to create a seamless design and feel the owner had in mind.
Tenhulzen ResidentialReconfiguration of the exising kitchen/living room area yielded a more gracious entertaining space with unobstructed views and natural lighting.
The pre-finished flooring is a 5" width plank from Dansk Hardwood: Vintage Birch Hard-scraped Solid in the "Toast" finish with satin sheen. Last I checked, it was discontinued by the manufacturer.
Strobel Design BuildThis open plan kitchen design features an asymmetrical bar height island, dark wood shaker style cabinets, a mosaic glass tile backsplash, and undercabinet lighting with a plug mold.
Dura Supreme CabinetrySome of our great storage solutions have holiday cooking written all over them! You can conveniently store cookie cutters in a shallow roll-out drawer above your mixing bowls in one deep drawer. Year round you can open to just the deep drawer with your mixing bowls and around cookie baking season pull out the roll-out. Now you don’t have to worry about your favorite cookie cutter getting lost in a pile of your baking utensils.

Davis Tamburin Inc.In this contemporary kitchen, we chose to use concrete counter tops through out. The back splash is a glass wine color mosaic tile. The flooring has a wine color back ground with a hint of silver which is reflective.
