Closet SolutionsThese clients wanted a simple and functional design with plenty of shelving and hanging space. They didn't want anything fancy...except for clean lines and quality construction.
Aspen Leaf InteriorsFor this ski-in, ski-out mountainside property, the intent was to create an architectural masterpiece that was simple, sophisticated, timeless and unique all at the same time. The clients wanted to express their love for Japanese-American craftsmanship, so we incorporated some hints of that motif into the designs.
The high cedar wood ceiling and exposed curved steel beams are dramatic and reveal a roofline nodding to a traditional pagoda design. Striking bronze hanging lights span the kitchen and other unique light fixtures highlight every space. Warm walnut plank flooring and contemporary walnut cabinetry run throughout the home.
Bravas Boca RatonFully integrated Signature Estate featuring Creston controls and Crestron panelized lighting, and Crestron motorized shades and draperies, whole-house audio and video, HVAC, voice and video communication atboth both the front door and gate. Modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. CONTENT ArchitectureThe Kipling house is a new addition to the Montrose neighborhood. Designed for a family of five, it allows for generous open family zones oriented to large glass walls facing the street and courtyard pool. The courtyard also creates a buffer between the master suite and the children's play and bedroom zones. The master suite echoes the first floor connection to the exterior, with large glass walls facing balconies to the courtyard and street. Fixed wood screens provide privacy on the first floor while a large sliding second floor panel allows the street balcony to exchange privacy control with the study. Material changes on the exterior articulate the zones of the house and negotiate structural loads.
Closet Organizing SystemsThis downtown client was looking for a completely open bedroom and wardrobe closet area that was very modern looking yet organized. Keeping with the earth tones of the room, this closet was finished in Daybreak Melamine with matching base and fascia and touch latches on all the doors/drawers for a clean contemporary look. Oil rubbed bronze accessories were used for hanging rods and telescoping valet rods. In an adjoining laundry area more hidden storage space and a tilt out hamper area were added for additional storage convenience.
