Mon Concept HabitationAprès plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer.
Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour.
La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes.
Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond.
Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.
Cathie Hong InteriorsThis project was executed remotely in close collaboration with the client. The primary bedroom actually had an unusual dilemma in that it had too many windows, making furniture placement awkward and difficult. We converted one wall of windows into a full corner-to-corner drapery wall, creating a beautiful and soft backdrop for their bed. We also designed a little boy’s nursery to welcome their first baby boy.

Make the most of it with a Rattan bed that makes a stylish statement in white and gray linen with stripe accents and mid century sconce and sculptured table as a night stand. Use a rattan screen to divide the bedroom from the rest of the apartment.
The RMR GroupThis 400sq ft basement room was transformed into a light, airy and sophisticated studio flat. Clever cabinetry and a space saving wall mounted bed make this a truly multifunctional yet beautiful space to live, sleep, eat and work.

В этом проекте на этапе создания концепции будущего интерьера мы вдохновились картинами английской художницы Эми Джадд, две репродукции которой, напечатанные на холсте, мы использовали в интерьере.
По желанию заказчицы интерьер должен был быть легким, светлым, с яркими и интересными акцентами. У заказчицы прекрасный вкус, и ей хотелось окружить себя красивыми вещами, и мне очень повезло, что она готова была к смелым и интересным предметам интерьера, но в тоже время нужно было не перегрузить пространство. И, конечно, нужно было организовать хранение одежды, коллекции обуви и сумок. Результатом этой работы - стало то, что в середине зимы у нас распустились пионы :-)))

Tierney Conner ArchitectureEvery inch of the inside and outside living areas are reconceived in this full house and guest-house renovation in Berkeley. In the main house the entire floor plan is flipped to re-orient public and private areas, with the formerly small, chopped up spaces opened and integrated with their surroundings. The studio, previously a deteriorating garage, is transformed into a clean and cozy space with an outdoor area of its own. A palette of screen walls, corten steel, stucco and concrete connect the materials and forms of the two spaces.
