Designed by Ben Cunliffe Architects Ltd, this home makes use of the stunning panoramic views with multiple sets of Vision Ultra-Slim Sliding Doors. A bonded glass-to-glass corner unit and bonded glass rooflight help to maximise the natural light flooding into this gorgeous home. A modern aluminium entrance door with a large, fixed side panel furthers the kerb appeal on approach to the property, whilst above the entrance door a uniquely designed glass link adds a stylish modern look to the traditional local stone used in construction. The homeowner was really pleased with the outcome on this incredible project.

Cummings Architecture + InteriorsSet on ten acres abutting protected conservation land, the zoning for this site allowed for a creative multi-unit residential project. The design concept created a sustainable modern farm community of three distinct structures. A sense of individuality is established between the buildings, while a comprehensive site design references historic farms with a home-like, residential scale.
An existing structure was renovated to house three condo units, featuring sliding barn doors and floor-to-ceiling storefront glass in the great room, with 25’ ceilings. Across a circular cobblestone drive, a new house and barn structure houses two condo units. Connecting both units, a garage references a carriage house and barn with small square windows above and large bays at ground level to mimic barn bays. There is no parking lot for the site – instead garages and a few individual parking spaces preserve the scale of a natural farm property. Patios and yards in the rear of each unit offer private access to the lush natural surroundings and space for entertaining.
Studio 17Aavarna , the Sanskrit denotation of the word Shapes, is an architectural vision to this single dwelling bungalow. This abode is a simple longitude rectangle in the narrow plot size of 24’ x 56’. Located in a small town named Shania near Surat, this adobe is what we call “Aavrana”. The plot is an elongated rectangular space which came with its challenges and benefits.
According to the plot placement, the sides are considered into having a common wall which restricts us from providing any ventilation or light source from the sides, which results the front balcony and some interior handles.
The space designing was made convenient by seggregating the space requirements and planning out accordingly.
J.P. Hoffman Design BuildWe designed and built a 2-story, 2-stall garage addition on this Cape Cod style home in Westwood, MA. We removed the former breezeway and single-story, 2-stall garage and replaced it with a beautiful and functional design. We replaced the breezeway (which did not connect the garage and house) with a mudroom filled with space and storage (and a powder room) as well as the 2-stall garage and a main suite above. The main suite includes a large bedroom, walk-in closest (hint - those two small dormers you see) and a large main bathroom. Back on the first floor, we relocated a bathroom, renovated the kitchen and above all, improved form, flow and function between spaces. Our team also replaced the deck which offers a perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living.
DK HomesThis quiet condo transitions beautifully from indoor living spaces to outdoor. An open concept layout provides the space necessary when family spends time through the holidays! Light gray interiors and transitional elements create a calming space. White beam details in the tray ceiling and stained beams in the vaulted sunroom bring a warm finish to the home.
Catherine Truman ArchitectsThe Net Zero Barn is one half of a larger project (see “Farm House Renovation”). When the new owners acquired the property, their hope had been to renovate the existing barn as part of the living space; the evaluation of the structural integrity of the barn timbers revealed that it was not structurally stable, so the barn was dismantled, the timber salvaged, documented, and repaired, and redeployed in the “Farm House Renovation”. The owners still wanted a barn, so CTA sourced an antique barn frame of a similar size and style in western Ontario, and worked with a timber specialist to import, restore, and erect the frame on the property. The new/old barn now houses a sleeping loft with bathroom over a tv area and overlooking a large pool table and bar, sitting, and dining area, all illuminated by a large monitor and triple paned windows. A lean-to garage structure is modelled on the design of the barn that was removed. Solar panels on the roof, super insulated panels and the triple glazed windows all contribute to the Barn being a Net Zero energy project. The project was featured in Boston Magazine’s December 2017 Issue and was the 2020 Recipient of an Award Citation by the Boston Society of Architects.
