UserOn a quiet street in Clifton a Georgian townhouse has undergone a stunning transformation. Inside, our designer Tim was tasked with creating three functional and inviting bathrooms. A key aspect of the brief was storage, as the bathrooms needed to stand up to every day family life whilst still maintaining the luxury aesthetic of the period property. The family bathroom cleverly conceals a boiler behind soft blue paneling while the shower is enclosed with an innovative frameless sliding screen allowing a large showering space without compromising the openness of the space. The ensuite bathroom with floating sink unit with built in storage and solid surface sink offers both practical storage and easy cleaning. On the top floor a guest shower room houses a generous shower with recessed open shelving and another practical floating vanity unit with integrated sink.

Warrington + RoseHuntsmore handled the complete design and build of this bathroom extension in Brook Green, W14. Planning permission was gained for the new rear extension at first-floor level. Huntsmore then managed the interior design process, specifying all finishing details. The client wanted to pursue an industrial style with soft accents of pinkThe proposed room was small, so a number of bespoke items were selected to make the most of the space. To compliment the large format concrete effect tiles, this concrete sink was specially made by Warrington & Rose. This met the client's exacting requirements, with a deep basin area for washing and extra counter space either side to keep everyday toiletries and luxury soapsBespoke cabinetry was also built by Huntsmore with a reeded finish to soften the industrial concrete. A tall unit was built to act as bathroom storage, and a vanity unit created to complement the concrete sink. The joinery was finished in Mylands' 'Rose Theatre' paintThe industrial theme was further continued with Crittall-style steel bathroom screen and doors entering the bathroom. The black steel works well with the pink and grey concrete accents through the bathroom. Finally, to soften the concrete throughout the scheme, the client requested a reindeer moss living wall. This is a natural moss, and draws in moisture and humidity as well as softening the room.

We extended the bathroom by an additional 36" into the family room and relocated the entry door to be in the minor hallway leading to the family room as well.
A classical transitional bathroom with white crayon style tile on the walls, including the entire wall of the toilet and the vanity.
The alcove tub has a barn door style glass shower enclosure. and the color scheme is a classical white/gold/blue mix.
DANIELLE Interior Design & DecorAdding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.
Iconic by Kaitlyn WolfeWe teamed up with an investor to design a one-of-a-kind property. We created a very clear vision for this home: Scandinavian minimalism. Our intention for this home was to incorporate as many natural materials that we could. We started by selecting polished concrete floors throughout the entire home. To balance this masculinity, we chose soft, natural wood grain cabinetry for the kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. In the kitchen, we made the hood a focal point by wrapping it in marble and installing a herringbone tile to the ceiling. We accented the rooms with brass and polished chrome, giving the home a light and airy feeling. We incorporated organic textures and soft lines throughout. The bathrooms feature a dimensioned shower tile and leather towel hooks. We drew inspiration for the color palette and styling by our surroundings - the desert.
Paul Heller BAD & Design BielefeldBadrenovierung aus einer Hand in einem 50er Jahre Haus in Bielefeld. Das Bad sollte nicht schön sondern auch funktionell sein. Der Kunde will seinen Lebensabend in der Wohnung verbringen, das neue Bad sollte deshalb altersgerecht und ohne große Barrieren sein. Der Raum für das Bad ist nur über das Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Gleichzeitig sollte das Design des Bades die gehobene Ausstattung der gesamten Einrichtung in der Wohnung dezent und zeitlos, aber modern reflektieren.
Wichtig war dem Auftraggeber dabei aber auch die Funktionalität. In einem geräumigen Unterputzschrank können alle Accessoires und Gebrauchsgegenstände untergebracht werden.
Das Dusch WC bietet ein Höchstmaß an Komfort und Hygiene. Darüberhinaus erleichtert es im Alter eine eventuelle Pflegesituation.

This fun family of 5 humans and one pup enlisted us to do a simple living room/dining room upgrade. Those led to updating the kitchen with some simple upgrades. (Thanks to Superior Tile and Stone) And that led to a total primary suite gut and renovation (Thanks to Verity Kitchens and Baths). When we were done, they sold their now perfect home and upgraded to the Beach Modern one a few galleries back. They might win the award for best Before/After pics in both projects! We love working with them and are happy to call them our friends.

Studio 30 ArchitectsAn award winning project to transform a two storey Victorian terrace house into a generous family home with the addition of both a side extension and loft conversion.
The side extension provides a light filled open plan kitchen/dining room under a glass roof and bi-folding doors gives level access to the south facing garden. A generous master bedroom with en-suite is housed in the converted loft. A fully glazed dormer provides the occupants with an abundance of daylight and uninterrupted views of the adjacent Wendell Park.
