Mark Sweeden ConstructionCustom built temperature controlled wine cabinet fits neatly in the corner of the living room . The wine racks will hold about 600 bottles. There are lighted niches with Vintage View Wine Racks installed with label forward, This design allows for wine display to be horizontal and tilted back for labels to be visible through the glass.
Craft.BuildersThis wine cellar holds 500 bottles in the 100 square foot climate controlled enclosure. It is fitted with its own HVAC system which holds a constant temperature and humidity level year round. The display panels were all custom fabricated for the space and assembled on site. You have a great view of the stunning display from the 12 foot solid slab bar. The bar houses a dishwasher, a 2-drawer refrigerator /freezer combo with ice maker, as well as some storage cabinets. The waterfall top is an absolute black granite with a honed finish. All of the cabinetry as well as the display panels were sprayed onsite. This is the conversation piece of the party!
ROSEMARY MERRILL DESIGNCustom designed cabinetry in dark walnut with Sub-Zero integrated wine refrigeration allows for 250 bottles of wine storage. Between the wine refrigeration is addtional wine storage with custom iron doors. Cove lighting and faux finished walls and ceilings create an luminous glow in the room. Cave a' VinContemporary wine cellar constructed in an occupied home. This space was a blank wall in their dining room. We designed the space, framed the walls in, added insulation, extended the wood floor, added refrigeration, racking and glass. Senior designer, Ayca, utilized onyx stone for the accent walls to steer away from the traditional and create the perfect statement piece for this one-of-a-kind design. Upon opening the wine cellar door, you are struck by the stunning colors and movements within the onyx walls, complemented by the intricate asymmetrical shelving and cabinetry that incorporates rich natural wood. Backlighting and framing create two focal points within the space, emphasizing the true beauty of the agate stone. This star piece, along with solid stain walnut cabinets, custom shelving, and steel wine peg inserts seamlessly blend within this chilled and temperature-controlled bar. This wine cellar is a hidden gem within this modern transitional home.
