The Highpoint HouseThis home was meant to feel collected. Although this home boasts modern features, the French Country style was hidden underneath and was exposed with furnishings. This home is situated in the trees and each space is influenced by the nature right outside the window. The palette for this home focuses on shades of gray, hues of soft blues, fresh white, and rich woods.

Leader BuildersThis moody, maximalist master suite features a custom four-poster bed flanked by mirrored nightstands and oversized alabaster lamps. The walls are painted a rich chocolate brown (Benjamin Moore Caponata), while the ceiling is lavender (Benjamin Moore Blue Viola). An accent wall is adorned in a patterned purple and metallic gold wallpaper (Collins & Company Gatsby), in front of which sits a teal velvet settee.

The soft, matte blush pink custom accent wall adorned with antique, mercury glass to elevate the room. One can't help but take in the small understated details with the luxurious fabrics on the accent pillows and the signature art to compliment the room.

Drewett WorksLocated near the base of Scottsdale landmark Pinnacle Peak, the Desert Prairie is surrounded by distant peaks as well as boulder conservation easements. This 30,710 square foot site was unique in terrain and shape and was in close proximity to adjacent properties. These unique challenges initiated a truly unique piece of architecture.
Planning of this residence was very complex as it weaved among the boulders. The owners were agnostic regarding style, yet wanted a warm palate with clean lines. The arrival point of the design journey was a desert interpretation of a prairie-styled home. The materials meet the surrounding desert with great harmony. Copper, undulating limestone, and Madre Perla quartzite all blend into a low-slung and highly protected home.
Located in Estancia Golf Club, the 5,325 square foot (conditioned) residence has been featured in Luxe Interiors + Design’s September/October 2018 issue. Additionally, the home has received numerous design awards.
