Soucie Horner, Ltd.An outstanding collection of Art Deco furnishings, lighting, artwork, and accessories imbues this full-floor, Lake Shore Drive condominium with uncommon presence. Tailored in style and masculine in hue, it cocoons even as it welcomes light and views. Macassar ebony millwork and travertine floors evince its luxurious architectural side; sumptuous materials including silk velvet, cashmere, and shagreen articulate exquisite decorative elegance – as do pashmina draperies and parchment-covered walls. Also climbing walls: poetry, in this case written by the owner’s son and artistically hand-lettered by a local artisan. Layered in the extreme and collected over time, interiors exemplify the owner’s vocation as a jewelry designer, avocation as a world traveler, and passion for detail in measures both large and small. Embellished by a wide-ranging collection of sophisticated artworks – think everything from vintage New Yorker covers to a graphic Lichtenstein – it is a testament to the decorative power of self-assurance.

3R Design StudioA Guest Bedroom redesign for this client who wanted a updated and invited space for their guests. The sage green walls were existing and the king bed was also existing. All new soft furnishing were added with new artwork, dresser and king headboard. Working with the sage green walls the colour scheme was white, blue and green accents and black punches of colour. Artwork was soothing and mirrored the surroundings of the house creating a calm and relaxing guest bedroom.
Leanne Michael L U X E lifestyle designCharming modern European guest cottage with Spanish and moroccan influences located on the coast of Baja! This casita was designed with airbnb short stay guests in mind. The sleeping area is large in feel, although considered a studio by design, houses a lovely queen size canopy bed draped with fine linen and dressed in layers of luxurious bed linens with a flickering Moravian star hanging above for truly a romantic feel. The bed is flanked with a pair of customized bedside tables using sections of a vintage wrought iron gate as decorative supports. The custom "open swing" wood windows have hand forged iron slide latches with Italian tassels hanging from each one. The windows are draped with indigo blue and bone striped Turkish cotton towels made into drapery panels.
Shared with the living room area you'll find a hand plastered beehive fireplace, a pair of exquisite vintage leather bergere chairs with matching ottomans facing a wall mount roku tv and gorgeous antique buffet used as a credenza to hold books, games and extra linens perfect for relaxation enjoying the custom wall fountain and charming patio area through the salvaged black French doors.

Design Challenge: MOTIV Interiors created this colorful yet relaxing retreat - a space for guests to unwind and recharge after a long day of exploring Nashville! Luxury, comfort, and functionality merge in this AirBNB project we completed in just 2 short weeks. Navigating a tight budget, we supplemented the homeowner’s existing personal items and local artwork with great finds from facebook marketplace, vintage + antique shops, and the local salvage yard. The result: a collected look that’s true to Nashville and vacation ready!

Sizeable dining area and a functional kitchen , fits there nomad lifestyle. Light sheers and curtains to prevent Dubai bright light still allow to see the Bulgari residence view. Project consisted of great sourcing and be spoke elements in record time and difficult lockdown times just in time for Christmas and New Year celebration. Project was design from abroad, monitored and installed in situ smoothly.
