The Gall Group: Design | Build | RemodelLocated in Old Seagrove, FL, this 1980's beach house was is steps away from the beach and a short walk from Seaside Square. Working with local general contractor, Corestruction, the existing 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was completely remodeled. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms were constructed over the existing garage and kitchen, staying within the original footprint. This modern coastal design focused on maximizing light and creating a comfortable and inviting home to accommodate large families vacationing at the beach. The large backyard was completely overhauled, adding a pool, limestone pavers and turf, to create a relaxing outdoor living space.
Hsu McCulloughPrimary Bedroom behind the bed. The bed has a 7-foot tall headboard cabinet that acts as storage including hampers behind the bed which creates a path to the master bath / master closet through a barn door . The use of reclaimed wood was a nod to the adjacent barn and equestrian stable properties that can be seen through the south windows of the bedroom.
Blend Interior Design StudioCustom nightstands and a four poster bed adds to the romantic feel in this master bedroom. Client wanted a "spa-like" feel for her master bedroom space.
Julia Katrine DesignsThis Master Bedroom has a relaxing ambiance, a personal retreat from family and friends. Set as the entire second floor, views reach for miles. Cool blues are calming and serene, with a plush abstract rug and custom metal king size bed. Stone side tables, and office space and a lounge area with the best view in the house.
K. Rue Designs, LLCWith new Lili Alessandra bedding in a beautifully calming blue, this master bedroom has turned into an oasis. A complimentary lumbar pillow was custom made for a little pop of pattern. Using the existing bedframe and nightstands, blue accent lamps truly illuminate the dark wood. The upholstered bench in front of the bed allows for extra seating while getting ready and storage for winter blankets. A chandelier fan brings some bling with silver finishes. Metallic artwork on the walls adds color and movement to the space. Beside the dresser is a sophisticated animal print chair taking advantage of the window view. Delicate arabesque patterned stationary drapery panels frame the window, while Hunter Douglas roman shades blackout the light for sleeping. The fireplace received a makeover as well with a silver venetian plaster treatment and painted mantel. Transitional reclining chairs fill the remaining corner of the room to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching TV.
