Avvio Fine HomesThis dining room is from a custom home in North York, in the Greater Toronto Area. It was designed and built by bespoke luxury custom home builder Avvio Fine Homes in 2015. The dining room is an open concept, looking onto the living room, foyer, stairs, and hall to the office, kitchen and family room. It features a waffled ceiling, wainscoting and red oak hardwood flooring. It also adjoins the servery, connecting it to the kitchen.

Open Door Furnituret may be hard to tell from the photos but this custom round dining table is huge! We created this for our client to be 8.5 feet in diameter. The lazy Susan that sits on top of it is actually 5 feet in diameter. But in the space, it was absolutely perfect.
The groove around the perimeter is a subtle but nice detail that draws your eye in. The base is reinforced with floating mortise and tenon joinery and the underside of the table is laced with large steel c channels to keep the large table top flat over time.
The dark and rich finish goes beautifully with the classic paneled bright interior of the home.

Virtuoso BuildersThis once confined and outdated kitchen needed a lift and more space to move around for a growing family. A wall was removed between the original kitchen and breakfast area which made way for more efficient storage and an open floor plan. New cabinets are a beautiful blue color with white quartz countertops, crayon white backsplash, matte black fixtures, and gold cabinet pulls. During construction we discovered the original hardwood floors under the laminate floor that was removed. We restored it and then refinished all of the floors to match. We love it!
Landmark HomesThis 2-story home includes a 3- car garage with mudroom entry, an inviting front porch with decorative posts, and a screened-in porch. The home features an open floor plan with 10’ ceilings on the 1st floor and impressive detailing throughout. A dramatic 2-story ceiling creates a grand first impression in the foyer, where hardwood flooring extends into the adjacent formal dining room elegant coffered ceiling accented by craftsman style wainscoting and chair rail. John Webb Construction and DesignA traditional style home brought into the new century with modern touches. the space between the kitchen/dining room and living room were opened up to create a great room for a family to spend time together rather it be to set up for a party or the kids working on homework while dinner is being made. All 3.5 bathrooms were updated with a new floorplan in the master with a freestanding up and creating a large walk-in shower.
Angel O'DonnellAn elegant dining area with a large rectangular dining table comprising of a single slab of rosso luana marble and two rustic oak bases. On one side of the table sits a carmine-red leather bench. Elsewhere, sand and chestnut toned chairs make up the rest of the seating. A free-standing bar cabinet with brass detailing completes the scene.
