Design Directives, LLC
A little goes a long way in this dining room! With exquisite artwork, contemporary lighting, and a custom dining set (table and chairs), we kept this space simple, elegant, and interesting. We wanted the traditional wooden table to complement the light and airy Paisley print, while also working as the focal point of the room. Small pieces of modern decor add some flair but don't take away from the simplicity of the design.
Designed by Design Directives, LLC., who are based in Scottsdale and serving throughout Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Sedona.

Originally, the dining layout was too small for our clients needs. We reconfigured the space to allow for a larger dining table to entertain guests. Adding the layered lighting installation helped to define the longer space and bring organic flow and loose curves above the angular custom dining table. The door to the pantry is disguised by the wood paneling on the wall.
Bradshaw Construction
This 6,500-square-foot one-story vacation home overlooks a golf course with the San Jacinto mountain range beyond. The house has a light-colored material palette—limestone floors, bleached teak ceilings—and ample access to outdoor living areas.

Sustainable Kitchens
Glazed oak cabinet with LED lights painted in Farrow & Ball Chappell Green maximise the space by making the most of the high ceilings. Pine table with chapel chair hint at the origins of the house as an old chapel.
Norman Building & Design
The kitchen in this home is set off by the floating buffet & upper glass cabinet. The table was crafted from a single slab of black walnut with an custom iron base. The sliding doors lead to the covered patio and pool beyond.
