Tweak Your SpaceWhen asked what they envisioned for their living and dining room Tweak, the clients responded with “colorful WOW factor”, so we gave it to them! We utilized the baby grand piano that was already in the space and took cues from the rest of the home when deciding on the decor. The home itself is decorated with strong pastel colors like deep aqua/blues, lavender, and pink colors so we chose to go bold! Moving the piano toward the center of the living room and hanging a 60" chandelier over top, cranked up the bold factor. We chose hot pink, lime green, and blue for accent colors that perfectly tied the pre-existing decor together, while still allowing the space to retain its classic black and white style. Choosing large scaled items like the massive chandelier, art, and the beautiful gold mirror in the dining room, gave drama to the spaces giving our homeowner's the WOW factor they were looking for.
Creative ArchA combination of cedar shiplap vertical and horizontal, metal cladding and plaster have been used combined with low lying roofs help to break up the buildings form. Working with the existing parameters and layered approach, has resulted in a modern home that rests comfortably between neighbouring high and low properties on a cliff top site.

Urbano Design & BuildThis custom home by Urbano Design & Build showcases a contemporary feel and unique design in each of the details. Property features include beautiful hardwood floors, custom tiles, and high-quality stainless steel appliances for the kitchen, as well as a floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace. The master bedroom and custom deck overlook amazing views of the San Antonio Country Club Golf Course.
Associated DesignsA two and a half story foyer done in an English style. Carved pilasters and capitals anchor the arched openings into the dining room and library. Additional architectural elements such as the iron handrail and limestone flooring combine with old world antiques and modern furnishings to complete the grand salon.
Rudloff Custom BuildersComplete renovation of a colonial home in Villanova. We installed custom millwork, moulding and coffered ceilings throughout the house. The stunning two-story foyer features custom millwork and moulding with raised panels, and mahogany stair rail and front door. The brand-new kitchen has a clean look with black granite counters and a European, crackled blue subway tile back splash. The large island has seating and storage. The master bathroom is a classic gray, with Carrera marble floors and a unique Carrera marble shower.
