Interior design, space planning and architectural details converge thoughtfully in this transformative project. A 15-year old, 9,000 sf. home with generic interior finishes and odd layout needed bold, modern, fun and highly functional transformation for a large bustling family. To redefine the soul of this home, texture and light were given primary consideration. Elegant contemporary finishes, a warm color palette and dramatic lighting defined modern style throughout. A cascading chandelier by Stone Lighting in the entry makes a strong entry statement. Walls were removed to allow the kitchen/great/dining room to become a vibrant social center. A minimalist design approach is the perfect backdrop for the diverse art collection. Yet, the home is still highly functional for the entire family. We added windows, fireplaces, water features, and extended the home out to an expansive patio and yard.
The cavernous beige basement became an entertaining mecca, with a glowing modern wine-room, full bar, media room, arcade, billiards room and professional gym.
Bathrooms were all designed with personality and craftsmanship, featuring unique tiles, floating wood vanities and striking lighting.
This project was a 50/50 collaboration between Rodwin Architecture and Kimball Modern
Reynolds Design and RemodelingThis kitchen underwent an extensive remodel. A laundry room closet was removed and the laundry was then added in another room. The washer and dryer can be closed off and hidden when not in use. The kitchen has a large peninsula and also a small island. The peninsula has an eating bar that took the place of the informal dinette area. This kitchen is bright and spacious now that the soffits and peninsula wall cabinets were removed.

burlanes interiorsOur brief was to design, create and install a sleek, sophisticated kitchen for this beautiful home on the outskirts of London. The homeowners wanted a show stopping space to cook, socialise and to entertain; our design team created just that with our Wellsdown cabinetry.
With so much natural light flooding into the room, it seemed only natural to opt for a classic grey colour palette, allowing the light to bounce off the handmade furniture and reflect all around the room.

Wesgrove HomesThis extensive renovation consisted of a full kitchen and living area remodel, upscale wine cellar room complete with a floor to ceiling wine display wall, office / guest room, and laundry room.
Specific custom cabinetry and millwork, flooring, tile, and lighting, were added to each room to create a contemporary yet lived-in feel. Every detail was carefully chosen to compliment the home owner's style and needs.

Kitchen Design ConceptsThis laundry room "plus" sits just off the kitchen and triples as a pet washing/grooming station and secondary kitchen storage space. A true utility closet that used to be a standard laundry/mud room when entering from the garage.
Cabinets are from Ultracraft - Rockford door in Arctic White on Maple. Hardware is from Alno - Charlie 4" pull in polished chrome. Countertops are Raw Concrete 3cm quartz from Ceasarstone and wall tile is Interceramic 3x6 White tile from their Wall Tile Collection. Also from Interceramic is the pet shower floor - a 1" hex mosaic in White from the Restoration collection. The floors are Crossville Ready to Wear 12x24 in their Perfect Fit color.
Faucet, handshower, trim and valve are from Delta - Trinsic and Compel series, all in Chrome. The laundry sink is the Quartus R15 stainless steel from Blanco and Elkay provided the hose bib - also in Chrome. Drains for both the pet shower and water filling station are chrome from Ebbe.

M-Squared Contracting Inc.Nestled within an established west-end enclave, this transformation is both contemporary yet traditional—in keeping with the surrounding neighbourhood's aesthetic. A family home is refreshed with a spacious master suite, large, bright kitchen suitable for both casual gatherings and entertaining, and a sizeable rear addition. The kitchen's crisp, clean palette is the perfect neutral foil for the handmade backsplash, and generous floor-to-ceiling windows provide a vista to the lush green yard and onto the Humber ravine. The rear 2-storey addition is blended seamlessly with the existing home, revealing a new master suite bedroom and sleek ensuite with bold blue tiling. Two additional additional bedrooms were refreshed to update juvenile kids' rooms to more mature finishes and furniture—appropriate for young adults.
