Clark Richardson ArchitectsThe Goldenwood Guest House is the first phase of a larger estate multi-phase project with the clients are moving into the renovated guest house as we start construction on the main house renovation and addition soon. This is a whole-house renovation to an existing 750sf guest cottage settled near the existing main residence. The property is located West of Austin in Driftwood, TX and the cottage strives to capture a sense of refined roughness. The layout maximizes efficiency in the small space with built-in cabinet storage and shelving in the living room and kitchen. Each space is softly day lit and the open floor plan of the Living, Dining, and Kitchen allows the spaces to feel expansive without sacrificing privacy to the bedroom and restroom. CUISINES BRUNO VERITESpacieuse, élégante et épurée, cette cuisine a de quoi vous faire rêver !
Nous avons tout refait du sol au plafond, en passant par l’électricité, la plomberie et même la peinture.
En ce qui concerne l’éclairage, nous avons installé des spots dans les meubles haut ainsi qu’un luminaire au plafond dont l’intensité et la teinte sont réglables avec une télécommande.
Mr & Mme B peuvent donc changer d’ambiance en fonction de leurs envies du moment.
On retrouve, comme dans toutes mes créations, beaucoup de coulissants pour des cuisines toujours plus fonctionnelles. L’harmonie des couleurs est également au rendez-vous, avec une grande table en bois assortie au plan de travail et à la crédence.
J’ai d’ailleurs encouragé mes clients à prendre des caissons gris assortis avec les tiroirs et le sol de la cuisine. Une couleur qui fait ressortir les façades blanches et donne cette touche design structurée.

Reclaimed Wood Creations LLC.All the wood used in the remodel of this ranch house in South Central Kansas is reclaimed material. Berry Craig, the owner of Reclaimed Wood Creations Inc. searched the country to find the right woods to make this home a reflection of his abilities and a work of art. It started as a 50 year old metal building on a ranch, and was striped down to the red iron structure and completely transformed. It showcases his talent of turning a dream into a reality when it comes to anything wood. Show him a picture of what you would like and he can make it!
Beco Kitchens and BathsThe homeowners chose white painted maple cabinets from Elmwood. Although two commercial sized refrigerators had to be incorporated into the design for their large scale entertaining, the kitchen does not look institutional.
