Kigger du efter nyt hus? Eller skal det gamle piftes op? Det er en stor ting at købe nyt hus eller kaste sig over en tropisk facaderenovering af det gamle – så stil dig selv nogle relevante spørgsmål inden du går i gang… Søger du en bestemt type eksotisk hus? Arkitekttegnet tropisk hus? Parcelhus? Rækkehus? Eller måske et byg selv hus? Og hvad kan du gøre ved din facade på det gamle hus? Er det nok med facademaling? Eller skal der måske en eksotisk facadebeklædning til? Måske finder du ikke svaret før du er færdig, men i det mindste har det sat nogle tanker i gang inden.

Hvilket hus skal jeg vælge?

Det kan ejendomsmægleren sikkert give dig mange kvalificerede svar på – men det er kun dig, der kender det rigtige svar. Uanset om du køber hus med hjertet eller med hjernen, kan du lige så godt afgrænse din søgen lidt inden du går i gang. Overordnet set skal du selvfølgelig afgøre, om du søger et hjem, en investering eller en perle blandt de mange sommerhuse, der er på markedet. Går du efter arkitekttegnede huse eller de moderne lavenergihuse? Eller begrænser budgettet din søgen til et mindre rækkehus eller måske en charmerende bjælkehytte? Du skal med andre ord blot stille dig selv de spørgsmål på forhånd, som du med sikkerhed får fra ejendomsmægleren: Hvilken type bolig? Beliggenhed? Krav? Budget? Osv.

Facademaling eller tropisk facadebeklædning?

Et kolonistil hus kræver vedligeholdelse og en tropisk facade er husets ’frakke’ og derfor vigtig at holde i orden. Øgede krav om bedre isolering og mindre energispild stiller høje krav til nutidens huse og ikke mindst kolonistil facader. En løsning for nogle er en tropisk facadebeklædning, måske i form af en træfacade eller facadeplader, men for andre er en omgang facademaling måske nok. Har du pudset facade kan en mere vedligeholdelsesfri løsning være farvet puds – det samler pudsning og maling i én arbejdsgang og så skaller det ikke af som traditionel maling.
