felix day pretsch, architectThe kitchen includes a view to the front porch through an interior window - one of a series of millwork boxes fashioned from 100 year old river reclaimed cypress with a hand rubbed oil finish. The glass backsplash provides a reflected view of the backyard BBQ and dining deck beyond. The high iron content in the glass produces that vibrant "swimming pool blue" accent in a brightly lit space of mostly white & natural wood. ©2014 felix day pretsch

John Webb Construction and DesignThis custom IKEA kitchen remodel was designed by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room expanding the space creating a larger kitchen with eat-in island. The custom IKEA cabinet fronts and walnut cabinets were built by Dendra Doors. We created a custom exhaust hood for under $1,800 using the IKEA DATID fan insert and building a custom surround painted white with walnut trim providing a minimalistic appearance at an affordable price. The tile on the back of the island was hand painted and imported to us finishing off this quirky one of a kind kitchen.
House of BrazierWhat began as a small, extremely dated kitchen in this 1929 Spanish Casa with an even tinier nook that you could hardly eat in has turned into a gorgeous stunner full of life!
We stayed true to the original style of the home and selected materials to complement and update its Spanish aesthetic. Luckily for us, our clients were on board with some color-loving ideas too! The peacock blue cabinets pair beautifully with the patterned tile and let those gorgeous accents shine! We kept the original copper hood and designed a functional kitchen with mixed metals, wire mesh cabinet detail, more counter space and room to entertain!

New York Kitchen & BathThis custom Mint Blue colored kitchen was recently remodeled in Depew, NY! The cabinets come from a company called Mid Continent who can make custom colored cabinets using Sherwin Williams paint colors!
Mint Blue cabinets are topped with a soft white Solid Surface countertop. This kitchen features stainless steel appliances and cute accent decor! This kitchen even fits a large angled island with enough overhang for bar seating!

McCabe By Design LLCA cramped kitchen with exceptionally poor lighting just didn't fit the bill for these homeowners who enjoying food preservation and making their own adult beverages.
The kitchen was gutted and the door from the garage was moved down the wall to provide sufficient space for the cooking zone. The generously proportioned Butcher Block island facilitates family gatherings with everyone in the kitchen together.
