A modern separate formal dining space. The floor is patterned using wood look tiles in a herringbone pattern. Bordering the tiles is a light hardwood looking floor. Tons of natural light is allowed in thanks to the double patio doors on either side of the dining room table. Artificial light is created with the understated yet impactful chandelier above the wooden dining table.

Austin Window Fashions
Mrs. Jauer worked with Austin Window Fashions long distance over phone and email to select the plantation shutters for her new home. Everything was designed while the home was still under construction, then the new shutters were installed less than 24 hours after closing. The first step in turning this new house into a cozy home. And the shutters work beautifully with their traditional decor.

We transformed this Florida home into a modern beach-themed second home with thoughtful designs for entertaining and family time.
This open-concept kitchen and dining space is the perfect blend of design and functionality. The large island, with ample seating, invites gatherings, while the thoughtfully designed layout ensures plenty of space to sit and enjoy meals, making it a hub of both style and practicality.

True to Megan's style, Icelandia features topographical portraits working predominantly with her favoured medium of resin. This time focussing on the far north of the globe as her inspiration and subject. Glacial icy blues, deep emerald greens and colours found in flowers from the wildest of terrains have been masterly combined to create Megan's version of Icelandia.
