Vinomagna Wine CellarsThis white wine cellar incorporated an oak timber finish and stone shelving. Soft LED strip and spot lighting add an abundance of subtle brightness. Such details allow the space to open up what was once a head height restricted basement space.
The initial challenge of this white wine cellar project was the total floor to ceiling height of only 2m.
Given that the original space showed signs of damp and water ingress, the Structural waterproofing was a key consideration. Ventilation was and is an additional must for any basement custom wine cellar project. Ventilation is also a building control requirement in a usable basement space. Within the design, it will additionally remove any surface moisture build up from dew point temperature condensation.

Design Build team at Vintage Cellars was also commissioned to create a unique and stylish wooden backing, to ensure that the metal wine pegs really popped.
Custom walnut stain was placed on Alder wood paneling, custom fit with metal wine rack pegs from floor to ceiling.
We worked directly with Noe Design Co to create a one of a kind entrance into this cellar. The highest quality stainless steel framing and double pane thermally insulated glass were placed on the front wall to not only maintain a beautiful look, but to also ensure that this wine room kept a perfect 55 degree temperature with constant relative humidity. Wine Cellar Builder Vintage Cellars are true pros when it comes to proper wine storage. Long term wine storage was a must for this client.
This small wine cellar / glass wine cellar / small wine room has a ducted cooling system - utilizing a Wine Guardian placed into the ceiling. A total of 324 bottles was achieved by maximizing the wall space with triple deep metal wine racks.

US Cellar SystemsOn this Dallas project, Wine Cellar Specialists customized the wine racks so they would fit perfectly into the shape of the room. For the wine cellar cooling system, they used our RM2600 ductless split wine cellar cooling unit.
The flooring, which were made from reclaimed wine barrels, added a unique feature to the wine room.

Juxtaposed InteriorsWelcome to the Champagne Room. The homeowner wanted a room specifically for people to come in, sit down and enjoy a glass of champagne or wine. In this room there is a white wine and red wine fridge along with a free standing cabinet that holds glassware and bottles of liquor. The Champagne room can be easily closed off from the rest of the house with the custom contemporary barn doors with stainless steel hardware.
Kessick Wine Storage SystemsThis one-of-a-kind wine room by Gary Chapdelaine of CRu Custom Wine Cellars was design and manufactured by Kessick Wine Storage Systems. Each niche has double deep wine storage, the floor is petrified wood and spiral stairs lead to a second story wine mezzanine.
Vintage CellarsThe tasteful blending of modern and traditional - the old with the new - make this wine cellar space fun, inviting, and beautifully sleek. Wood wine racking melds beautifully with the modern touches of the surrounding room design. Exposed wooden beams, a black stone bar top, contemporary lighting fixtures, and grey concrete walls create a swanky vibe.
This glass front custom wine cellar in Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach, Orange County, California holds a staggering 2100 wine bottles in a mixtures of formats, styles, and displays. Custom stained White Oak wood was utilized here to keep the room light and bright, a perfect compliment to the surrounding materials and style.
Individual bottle storage lines each upper wall in double deep fashion, perfect for long termed storage. Centered on the back wall lies space for displaying this homeowner's top prized bottles - all encased in their original wooden cases directly from the wineries. This section has been backlit, creating a unique design feature that draws the eye - not extremely common in wine cellars we design and build today, but one that we absolutely love!
Below the case and individual bottle storage lies a sweeping row of angled high reveal display. Here, bottles are placed at perfect angles to show off labels, as well as keeping corks wet for optimal storage. Below, spaced throughout are more spaces for case storage as well as diamond bins.

Valentini's Custom Wine CellarsThe Balboa Island client wanted to convert a small area under the stairs to a wine cellar. We added a small window (dual pane glass) so there was some visual from the living room. Cellar features a LED lighted display row and diamond bins. (P.S. client is now building a new home with a larger cellar!)

The overhead cabinets give storage for wine glasses and other glassware, while there is still counterspace below to allow for functionality. The stainless steel wine is updated and technological, serving its function while displaying the wine in a visually appealing way.
