Påtænker du at bygge din egen vinkælder, er det en god idé at starte med at undersøge de rette forhold for din yndlingsvin. Den optimale opbevaringstemperatur er noget af det vigtigste, men tænk også over belysning, vibrationer, og lugte - alt som noget, der kan påvirke vinen i dit vinrum.

Hvornår har jeg brug for en vinkælder?

Hvilket udstyr skal jeg have til min vinkælder?

Når du planlægger at indrette et kælderrum til dit vin, kan du begynde at tænke over hvad der skal være deri. Det første, og vigtigste er vinopbevaring, typisk i form af vinreoler eller vinskabe. Dem kan du få i alverdens design, farver, og materialer, så de passer den design og atmosfære du går efter. Du kan også overveje et vinkøleskab, hvis du foretrækker din vin afkølet, eller hvis du ikke kan holde temperaturen i rummet på det mest optimale. Hvis du har plads i vinkælderen, kan du også overveje en tom vintønde, der kan fungere som et bord. Indretning med brugte vintønder giver dig også mulighed for at invitere dine gæster på vinsmagning i de helt rigtige omgivelser.

Hvordan opbevarer jeg ellers vin?

De rette forhold sikrer, at vinen holder kvaliteten, så det er en god idé at overveje, hvordan du lagrer dine vinflasker. Temperaturen er et af de vigtigste elementer, og den helt optimale temperatur er omkring 10-12 grader. Det kan være svært at ramme, hvis du eksempelvis bor i lejlighed. Derfor kan du overveje at lave opbevaring i dit soveværelse i stedet for - det vigtigste at huske er, at vinen ikke tåler hurtige temperatursvingninger og direkte sollys.
