Sheila Rich Interiors, LLCWe added a bar between the kitchen and family room, which is perfect for entertaining and additional storage. The herringbone marble backsplash coordinates with the kitchen, as does the quartz countertop. The center glass doors display glassware and add an open feeling.

GramophoneThe client had a finished basement space that was not functioning for the entire family. He spent a lot of time in his gym, which was not large enough to accommodate all his equipment and did not offer adequate space for aerobic activities. To appeal to the client's entertaining habits, a bar, gaming area, and proper theater screen needed to be added. There were some ceiling and lolly column restraints that would play a significant role in the layout of our new design, but the Gramophone Team was able to create a space in which every detail appeared to be there from the beginning. Rustic wood columns and rafters, weathered brick, and an exposed metal support beam all add to this design effect becoming real.

Stalburg DesignThis lower level kitchen is the perfect spot for entertaining kids and grown ups alike! From the large, expansive island to the open countertop buffet, the custom designed cabinetry is packed with storage and contains a paneled tall pantry, refrigerator, freezer and wine cabinet. Metallic pendants provide task lighting and the back-lit walnut cabinet have plenty of ambient lighting to set the perfect scene. The flooring is a pre-fab luxury vinyl plank, able to hold up to the hustle and bustle of poolside entertaining and indoor/outdoor activity.
