Four Elements ConstructionA close friend of one of our owners asked for some help, inspiration, and advice in developing an area in the mezzanine level of their commercial office/shop so that they could entertain friends, family, and guests. They wanted a bar area, a poker area, and seating area in a large open lounge space. So although this was not a full-fledged Four Elements project, it involved a Four Elements owner's design ideas and handiwork, a few Four Elements sub-trades, and a lot of personal time to help bring it to fruition. You will recognize similar design themes as used in the Four Elements office like barn-board features, live edge wood counter-tops, and specialty LED lighting seen in many of our projects. And check out the custom poker table and beautiful rope/beam light fixture constructed by our very own Peter Russell. What a beautiful and cozy space!
Richmond Hill Design + BuildWe’ve carefully crafted every inch of this home to bring you something never before seen in this area! Modern front sidewalk and landscape design leads to the architectural stone and cedar front elevation, featuring a contemporary exterior light package, black commercial 9’ window package and 8 foot Art Deco, mahogany door. Additional features found throughout include a two-story foyer that showcases the horizontal metal railings of the oak staircase, powder room with a floating sink and wall-mounted gold faucet and great room with a 10’ ceiling, modern, linear fireplace and 18’ floating hearth, kitchen with extra-thick, double quartz island, full-overlay cabinets with 4 upper horizontal glass-front cabinets, premium Electrolux appliances with convection microwave and 6-burner gas range, a beverage center with floating upper shelves and wine fridge, first-floor owner’s suite with washer/dryer hookup, en-suite with glass, luxury shower, rain can and body sprays, LED back lit mirrors, transom windows, 16’ x 18’ loft, 2nd floor laundry, tankless water heater and uber-modern chandeliers and decorative lighting. Rear yard is fenced and has a storage shed.

Ragsdale, Inc.We designed, fabricated, finished and installed this custom bar to complete the front sitting room. Highly functional and fun for a small and contemporary space. Custom floating oak shelves, quartz countertops, and wooden pulls make this bar shine!
Tracy Berman InteriorsThis beverage center is located adjacent to the kitchen and joint living area composed of greys, whites and blue accents. Our main focus was to create a space that would grab people’s attention, and be a feature of the kitchen. The cabinet color is a rich blue (amalfi) that creates a moody, elegant, and sleek atmosphere for the perfect cocktail hour.
This client is one who is not afraid to add sparkle, use fun patterns, and design with bold colors. For that added fun design we utilized glass Vihara tile in a iridescent finish along the back wall and behind the floating shelves. The cabinets with glass doors also have a wood mullion for an added accent. This gave our client a space to feature his beautiful collection of specialty glassware. The quilted hardware in a polished chrome finish adds that extra sparkle element to the design. This design maximizes storage space with a lazy susan in the corner, and pull-out cabinet organizers for beverages, spirits, and utensils.
White Wood KitchensThis storm grey kitchen on Cape Cod was designed by Gail of White Wood Kitchens. The cabinets are all plywood with soft close hinges made by UltraCraft Cabinetry. The doors are a Lauderdale style constructed from Red Birch with a Storm Grey stained finish. The island countertop is a Fantasy Brown granite while the perimeter of the kitchen is an Absolute Black Leathered. The wet bar has a Thunder Grey Silestone countertop. The island features shelves for cookbooks and there are many unique storage features in the kitchen and the wet bar to optimize the space and functionality of the kitchen. Counter FitThis is a Wet Bar we recently installed in a Granite Bay Home. Using "Rugged Concrete" CaesarStone. What's very unique about this is that there's a 7" Mitered Edge dropping down from the raised bar to the counter below. Very cool idea & we're so happy that the customer loves the way it came out.

LNDesignsThis was a fun lockdown project! We created the clients a sophisticated entertainment room where they could relax once the kids were in bed. Fit with a fully functioning bar area, we also constructed a personalised DJ booth for the clients’ music decks and plenty records and installed disco lighting to run in sync with the music.
And, so sound couldn’t travel through the rest of the house, we fitted acoustic lined curtains and used acoustic oak cladding as a focal feature on the walls… There’s something so satisfying about creating a beautiful design that is secretly functional too!
Alair Homes PlanoThis house has a cool modern vibe, but the pre-rennovation layout was not working for these homeowners. We were able to take their vision of an open kitchen and living area and make it come to life. Simple, clean lines and a large great room are now in place.
