Studio DearbornA hip young family moving from Boston tackled an enormous makeover of an antique colonial revival home in downtown Larchmont. The kitchen area was quite spacious but benefitted from a small bump out for a banquette and additional windows. Navy blue island and tall cabinetry matched to Benjamin Moore’s Van Deusen blue is balanced by crisp white (Benjamin Moore’s Chantilly Lace) cabinetry on the perimeter. The mid-century inspired suspended fireplace adds warmth and style to the kitchen. A tile covered range hood blends the ventilation into the walls. Brushed brass hardware by Lewis Dolan in a contemporary T-bar shape offer clean lines in a warm metallic tone.

Coastal Signature HomesThis open kitchen, making the best use of space, features a wet bar combo coffee nook with a wine cooler and a Miele Built In Coffee machine. Nice!
Kelly Scanlon Interior DesignA generic kids bathroom got a total overhaul. Those who know this client would identify the shoutouts to their love of all things Hamilton, The Musical. Aged Brass Steampunk fixtures, Navy vanity and Floor to ceiling white tile fashioned to read as shiplap all grounded by a classic and warm marbleized chevron tile that could have been here since the days of AHam himself. Rise Up!
Buildon StudioThe open Kitchen is adjacent to the living room. To imbibe the same look and feel as the living room we designed with neutral hues. Using lighter tones in an otherwise small kitchen, gives an illusion of a bigger space. With earthy tones, having plants inside along with the natural light gives a nice cosy feel. For ease of use and maximum utilisation of space a modular kitchen with varied sizes of cabinets and drawers was provided.
