This home was a typical 30 year old Reno, with Pink faucets, toilets and a corner jacuzzi tub. With a little planning, budget and of course a vision. The new "his and Hers" Sanctuary was born!!

Luciano AlvesThis guest suites built with materials from old houses of the German colony in southern Brazil. The old buildings were made of rustic stone and wood carved by settlers only with hammer and chisel. The project was to use these materials valuing the labor employed in each piece.
Each suite has a closet containing 800sqf, a huge bathroom and a balcony with a spectacular view. Overlooking the lagoon and bay, the facade has large windows creating a relaxing environment for a couple honeymoon.

This contemporary master bathroom has all the elements of a roman bath—it’s beautiful, serene and decadent. Double showers and a partially sunken Jacuzzi add to its’ functionality. The large skylight and window flood the bathroom with light. The muted colors of the tile are juxtaposed with a pop of color from the multihued glass tile in the niches.
