UserThis modern Schuller kitchen makes a bold statement with its largely matt black lacquer finish handleless main units but then adds a rustic touch with the old oak finish laminate on the peninsula and wall units. This blends with the floor finish and softens the impact of the black. All the units are from German manufacturer, Schuller. We integrated small display shelves into the units to add some detail. The worktop is Silestone white storm and the darker breakfast bar is finished in Dekton Sirius. Appliances are from Liebherr, Miele, Siemens, Air Uno and Quooker.
The most surprising element of this kitchen is the massive hidden walk in larder which is accessed through a door made from kitchen unit door fronts. This leads to a storage area behind the main tall units that is completely out of site

The kitchen G layout plus tall units creates different spaces for better flow and two cooking areas, one with a range cooker and the other with an induction hob. Stainless steel Caple wine cooler, American Fridge with water dispenser, range cooker and built in oven, microwave and warming drawer, as well as the induction hob and integrated extractor. Client lived in an apartment and loves country side and wanted to bring outside in so we designed and used the Anti finger print green door mixed up with oak. This dark green kitchen is warm and fab here. Load of light into room. We used a bar handle leaving it contemporary and the matt green door and oak wood used in back round and bar seating area was perfect.

We suggest incorporating a mix of intelligent storage solutions, from deep drawers and bespoke racking to open shelving and utensil rails. A well-positioned quartz countertop can be a godsend, not only for storing small appliances but as a space to unpack the shopping and stash deliveries until they are put away.
