The Kitchen was sprayed in Farrow & Ball French Grey. The reclaimed Iroko worktop that was salvaged from a science laboratory has a rustic and hard wearing nature to the design.

Im Februar 2021 durfte ich für einen Vermieter eine neu renovierte und ganz frisch eingerichtete Einzimmer-Wohnung in Chemnitz, unweit des örtlichen Klinikum, fotografieren. Als Immobilienfotograf war es mir wichtig, den Sonnenstand sowie die Lichtverhältnisse in der Wohnung zu beachten. Die entstandenen Immobilienfotografien werden bald im Internet und in Werbedrucken, wie Broschüren oder Flyern erscheinen, um Mietinteressenten auf diese sehr schöne Wohnung aufmerksam zu machen.

Mehr Farbe wagen! Auch wenn schwarz und weiß nach wie vor die dominierenden Farben in der Küche sind, hebt auch ein sanfter Grünton- gut abgestimmt mit Beleuchtung und Bodenbelag- den Küchenblock zum Zentrum der Küche. Der Tresen lädt durch die ins Kochfeld integrierte Dunstabzugshaube nicht nur zur Kommunikation ein, sondern mit den gemütlichen Barhockern auch zur ganz privaten Kochshow. A small kitchen designed around the oak beams, resulting in a space conscious design. All units were painted & with a stone work surface. The Acorn door handles were designed specially for this clients kitchen. In the corner a curved bench was attached onto the wall creating additional seating around a circular table. The large wall pantry with bi-fold doors creates a fantastic workstation & storage area for food & appliances. The small island adds an extra work surface and has storage space.

A modern, pastel-toned kitchen and dining space with a fresh, contemporary aesthetic. The kitchen features mint green cabinetry and light-colored countertops, which create a soft, inviting atmosphere. The sink area includes wooden cutting boards and ceramic accessories, adding warmth and texture. The open shelving above the cooktop provides storage while maintaining an airy feel. Beyond the kitchen, a built-in dining nook with blue upholstered seating and under-seat storage integrates seamlessly into the design. A rounded table and terrazzo stools enhance the playful yet functional arrangement. Large glass doors let in natural light and offer a view of the brick exterior, reinforcing a connection between inside and outside. The adjacent living area features a neutral sofa with colorful cushions, a bold abstract artwork, and a large potted plant, contributing to the room’s lively ambiance. The combination of materials, colors, and textures creates a harmonious, modern interior.

Mini Makeover included replacing the work top with granite with green and black flecks, repainting the existing cabinets in Fired Earth Antique Verde, and replacing the flooring with Limestone effect tiles. The walls were painted Fired Earth Light Umber. Splash back : Cream Metro tiles
