Two tone cabinetry, with cabinet doors and island bar-back in 'Ravine Maison Oak' and drawers in 'Cafe Cream' with a Sheen finish. Seamless look with C-Chanel handles throughout. 40mm ‘Nombre’ stone benchtop by Smartstone with waterfall ends on the 3.8m island. Undermount double bowl Squareline sink and tapware by Hafele. Vertical powerdock by Hafele. Oven and cooktop by Miele. Rangehood by Robinhood.

Full length Dinesen wooden floor planks of 5 meters long were brought inside through the window and fitted throughout the flat, except kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen floor was tiled with beautiful blue Moroccan cement tiles. Kitchen itself was designed in light washed wood and imported from Spain. In order to gain more storage space some of the kitchen units were fitted inside of the existing chimney breast. Kitchen worktop was made in white concrete which worked well with rustic looking cement floor tiles. photos by Richard Chivers

This Bespoke Cabinetry by the English Kitchen Company creates a classic/contemporary kitchen in this 17th century thatched cottage. The worktops are in blue eyes granite the floor tiles are Chateau Quest limestone. The track lighting and pendants allow both ambient and task lighting in the desired areas. An update to the existing kitchen, replacing the tired doors with fresh powder blue fronts. A line of bold tiles and open shelving adds a hit of colour, pattern and texture to the fresh, clean space.

This bright and airy space is full of light meaning the dark steel effect units add impact without making the space feel small. The horizontal lines of the sage green wall units draw the eye out toward the garden and the palm tree of matching hues.
