White lacquered panels have been included in the design to compliment the solid timber look with modern functionality. ➢ Solid American oak doors, drawer faces assembled by tenon and mortise. ➢ Laminated ply carcasses, chosen for strength and durability. ➢ No use of edge tape on doors and drawer faces. ➢ Glass cabinet with solid oak shelving and inlaid lighting. ➢ Built in fridges. ➢ Brazilian granite bench top, with natural light golden streaks which compliment the colour of the oak.

The dark Caesar stone is a bold contrast against the beautiful white marble tied in seamlessly with the complimenting pendant lights.

The French doors below the feature window open right back onto the garden.

En parallèle d’un travail sur la lumière naturelle, la restructuration complète a permis la mise en place d’un plan plus ouvert. Pour habiter et mettre en valeur ces espaces exceptionnels, des évènements architecturaux à l’échelle des volumes ont été mis en place – bibliothèque sur deux niveaux avec coursive, mezzanine, jeux de plafonds. Le bois naturel brut, les teintes claires et les contrastes de matières, créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et confortable atténuant le côté imposant des volumes de l’appartement. ---- Crédits Feld Architecture

The kitchen within this stunning coastal home was certainly complimented by the kitchen, complete with natural timbers and incredible curves. The curved rangehood and bar back ensured this kitchen was not only practical but a feature for the eyes.
